Had a great time at this place! Everything was perfectly as advertised, clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. Responsive, discreet, and caring host. The apartment very clean, all comforts, sheets, towels, shower gel, coffee pods, wifi, nice decor, nothing missing, everything is perfect. Ideally located a few steps from the city center and the train station, and despite being on a very busy boulevard, it has good sound insulation which makes it very pleasant. Great address in Marmande!

We had a lovely week. The park around the castle is nice. We enjoyed the tree climbing (5 min.) and continued our explorations to the Dune du Pilat, Bordeaux, Mimizan beach… Thank you Lucienne for your smile and your welcome.

The super central location of the apartment in the St-Pierre district is perfect. After a long walk, you can rest briefly and then go back to the next slopes. A nice to have would still be Wi-Fi connection.

We had a great weekend at this place, close to a lot of things, a relatively quiet street and the advantage of having parking on the street next door. Gregory is rather responsive and the instructions given before check-in are very clear. I would of course recommend this Airbnb that is tastefully made.

Large apartment full of charm overlooking the Public Garden. Very quiet. The neighborhood is very nice, small cafes, restaurants and shops. Perfect for our weekend reunion with friends. Virginia welcomed us very warmly. We had coffee, tea, milk, butter for breakfast. It was a nice little touch. As it was very nice, we didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment. The bedding is great. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect pied à terre for central Bordeaux. Friendly helpful hosts. Spacious and light apartment. Basic decor and perfectly acceptable so really good value for the price.

The house was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed - definitely try to make use of the barbeque and the terrace! The location was also great, lots of restaurants within 5 mins walking distance and the market nextdoor was our highlight of the trip, we went there almost every morning to get fresh food. Had a lovely time!

My girlfriend and I had a great weekend in the T2 offered by Johanna and Adrien. The hot tub is a real plus and the environment is beautiful.

The balneo does the little extra, the check-in instructions, the next steps for the stay are clear. The host is very responsive to messages, and kindness. Very welcoming host and beautiful apartment with everything you need for your stay.

Quiet stay that did a lot of good to cut off the daily routine. Atypical and very cocooning accommodation shared with my son. We enjoyed the hot tub by following the usage information provided which is nice when you don't know it. A guide to visiting Bordeaux was available, and allowed us to make 2 desired neighborhoods on our wishes. We had the company of a little doggie who invited himself during the meal preparation. The development is really quiet and peaceful. And the sun brought an extra positive note. Thank you for a great performance.
