Our house is located in the foot of the mountains in front of Kavos beach, just in the perfect spot where you can have the most stunning view of the Aegean Gulf and the town of Karistos, but hearing only the birds and the waves of the sea. In a clear day you may even see the closest of the Cyclades islands. The house is situated in a property filled with flowers and trees, where you can always find shade in a different magical place every time. It is in a very peaceful and secluded area of Kavos

Traditional Cycladic Cottage is an old, completely renovated house in a private farm resort featuring two houses available for guest accommodation, plus my own residence. Located 2.5km from the port of Gavrio, it is an ideal place to relax, come close to nature and enjoy the sun, the sea and our heartwarming hospitality. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, in front of my residence, and it is shared among the 3 houses of the complex. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds.

The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers, nature lover's and bird watchers. Glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks a twenty min. drive away. Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.

Our Coral apartment is a fully independent cottage, overlooking the Aegean sea. It boasts a spacious outdoor patio with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and a barbeque area. Its private saltwater swimming pool reveals the most majestic view over the bay. The accommodation offers a master bedroom and a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed, shared bathroom, living room and fully equipped indoor kitchen. Πέτρινη σουίτα 10 μόλις μέτρα από την παραλία . Πολύ μεγάλα παράθυρα για να απολαμβάνετε την ωραία θέα , εξωτερική πέργκολα με καθιστικό. Πλήρη επιπλωμένη κουζίνα και άνετο μπάνιo/ντουζιέρα. Καθώς ανεβαίνετε τα ξύλινα σκαλοπάτια φτάνετε στο υπνοδωμάτιο όπου από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη θέα της θάλασσας. Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε ταξιδεύει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

The house is built on the top of a cliff situated right above the port offering stunning views of Gavrio and of the sun sinking in the Aegean Sea. The closest beach of Fellos is approximately 5min driving and 25min walking. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families. It can host 2-6 people, i.e. one or two couples, families of up to six members or a company of 2-6 friends.
