The stay was very nice and quiet. Perfect if you want to have a quiet and relaxing weekend. We loved the place, even though it was very small, you didn't feel cramped and the amenities were ideal. There was everything you needed and beyond! The decor is very stylish and our personal highlight was the window front next to the bed! We also had our two dogs with us. There were many walking opportunities and the dogs also felt very comfortable. We have nothing to complain about, but it would have been very nice if check-in had been possible at an earlier time and check-out at a later time as we would have liked to have spent even more time there. All in all it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the time very much! We recommend the place and would definitely come back!

The stay was really sparkling clean and Lycien was really friendly. Beautiful views and really relaxed due to the silence of the area. In addition, a perfect location, everything is close by, supermarkets, etc. Also plenty of culture to see. We will definitely come back, what a nice place to stay and everything was perfectly arranged.

I was positively surprised by this Airbnb. In the small apartment you have everything you need and it doesn't feel as small as it looks. Super many parking options and you can reach the city center superbly. But above all, Lotte is a great host and you can reach her super quickly and she is very friendly and helpful. I will be happy to come back if I need to be in Osnabrück!!

The stay in Rossum was very very good. The area is beautiful, you can do a lot, the accommodation is nice (even if you have a small one year) and the communication with Marloes and Ard was top. We would have loved to stay longer, but it was a short stay for now. So stay there a little longer ;-)!

The location was great - very close to the lake and restaurants, 20 min walk to the center. There is also a bus stop one minute away, so it is well connected. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, has two nice balconies, good amenities (including laundry in the basement), quiet building. There were several restaurants, a playground and a convenience store withing 5 min walk. It doesn't have an elevator (and is on the forth floor), but we were able to leave the stroller downstairs in the basement/storage area. Also, there is no AC, but most of the times it wasn't hot enough to matter.

The apartment was exceptionally beautiful and equipped with everything you (or woman) need for a feel-good vacation! The host was always available, attentive and very friendly. The highlight was the spontaneous appointment in the salon (the apartment is located directly above) in which he works professionally at a fair price (Udo S. Hair & Beauty). The parking lot is easily accessible, as is the city center, which is minutes away on foot. The restaurants / bars in the area are also within walking distance and worth a visit. We felt completely comfortable, and would prefer to give 10 stars. Highly recommended!!! We will be back. Thank you for the unforgettable stay in Münster!

The refurbished barn is extremely spacious and tasteful furnished. The overall experience is far away from the usual Ikea-style rentals. Countless details tell the story of an architectural project where money, brains and heartblood have been spent. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The surrounding is also quite pretty - oak and beech alleys next to small streams.

Six of us had a great stay. The communication is great, the house is cozy and modernly furnished with a beautiful view of the lake. It was pleasantly quiet in the neighborhood of the seals. The location is also good, you can get to both Nordhorn and as well as Lingen. We'll be back!

Beautiful house, wonderful and very quiet neighborhood by the water itself. Thank you for letting us live here Holida and Chris are great hosts, they were very helpful and quick to answer the question. The house was clean and everything you needed. It felt like home. The place was exactly as described. Communication with the host was friendly. A request whether a 9th person can be accommodated in the accommodation was immediately answered positively and both an additional sleeping place and towels were provided. Gladly again!
