Good place, location and price

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, also the garden was incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking. All Italians are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. And downtown would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very clairaudient, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my most beautiful vacation.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

House is in a good location. 25-35 minutes' walk away from the beaches. Nicoletta was always available and helped. Only the water pressure in the upper bathroom was not enough. Apartment in the center of Cattolica with easy access, spacious, spacious, functional, clean. Great large terrace, usable for alfresco dining or lunch. Two balconies and the exposure on three sides guarantee excellent ventilation of the apartment that allows you to use the air conditioner to a minimum. The availability of four bicycles was a very welcome plus. The kitchen works great. The only downside, not tied to the apartment itself, is the noise of the scooters that blow in the street below. I can only leave a great review, a place to keep in mind for future excursions to the Romagna Riviera.

We were so lovingly received and the time of our arrival from Milan was updated again especially for us. The place was so wonderfully large, bright, clean, modern and chic. Very conveniently located on foot and by car. Very good air conditioning! The landlords gave us many discounts for Bagnio, food activities. Bed linens, soap, towels, shampoo were available like a very good hotel. The kitchen is fantastically equipped. Supermarket, restaurants, beach all immediately within walking distance. We were very happy there and would love to live there forever.

We felt very comfortable in Monika and Christoph's beautiful apartment! Decorated with love, lots of space and extremely clean! Super location right next to the beautiful old town and a free parking space. Communication was perfect, Monika and Christoph always available and extremely friendly.
