Holiday rentals with beach access in Galiano Island

Extraordinary view from bedroom, living room and kitchen in an impeccably clean and well outfitted space. Very comfortable bed, pillows and covers. Great location. Easy access, check in and check out. Highly recommended and not a doubt that we will return any time we are in Vancouver.

We found a beautiful little gem in Nanaimo with this location! The value is excellent and the home is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Right from the filtered water in the fridge along with the fresh milk and cream for our morning coffee. And what a surprise to find a couple of Nanaimo bars in the fridge! Thank you Russell for being a thoughtful host.

We loved the location of Patrick's place. We bought cinnamon buns from Grounds for Coffee (a 2 min walk away) three times during our stay! The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! It was cool when we visited but the BBQ and seating area outside would have been lovely in the warmer months. Much thanks!

Eddie was very responsive and his place fully met our needs. If we had let them, our young kids would not have left the apt 😂 Swimming, looking out onto the city, doing puzzles - all provided hours of entertainment! Thank you for letting us stay at your place, Eddie.

We had the most incredible stay at Dana’s beautiful home in Halfmoon Bay. The house is incredible - so modern with large windows and high ceilings. We booked pretty last minute and Dana was really accommodating and helpful, even whilst recovering from the recent snowfall! The kitchen has everything you need to cook, followed by games and a fire in the spacious living area. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Birch Bay and would gladly stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone coming to the area. The home was pristine and cozy. Lots of helpful extras for anyone with kids: a pack & play, booster seat, kid dishes & cups, and board games. I especially appreciated how nice the linens and towels were - everything was plush and cozy! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, even a potato peeler. We didn’t spend much time in the backyard due to winter weather but I’m sure it’s great in the summer! There was a cornhole set, outdoor furniture, fire pit and bbq grill. The home is also a very short drive to the state park and other public beaches. The hosts provided a detailed recommendation list of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. We had no complaints and give this home a 5 star rating!

Alexandra's Airbnb in Nanaimo, BC was just great--so much so that with regard to the star ratings I wish I could have given greater than five! In fact, the location gives life to the slogan Beautiful BC, situated on the coast as it is with full view of the islands and inlets which give coastal British Columbia its unique flavor. We enjoyed the hot tub, and beach below, views of the ferries and bird life and tides, the weather coming in and so much more. The binoculars on the table upstairs got a lot of use, and were one of the many neat features of this lovely house. Plus, the easy access to town was perfect for us! Thank you, Alexandra, for a lovely time, and we hope to be return guests if you'll have us in the not too distant future!

I was hesitant to spend so much. It was not only worth it it was memorable and smelled so good. The tides the sound of the waves laping. Good folks with a slice of heaven on their doorstep.

One of the best bnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible for an island getaway and very reasonably priced relative to comparable waterside suites. Stunning views of the water with plenty of ambient light. Brian is also an incredibly friendly and responsive host and was a pleasure to talk to. Would highly recommend.

What a great, relaxing week we had at Park's cottage. The shoreline is a few steps through the yard and it is incredible. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Lots of wildlife including sea lions swimming by everyday. I even went snorkeling (fully covered wetsuit), which was so beautiful with the interesting underwater rock formations and sea life. The cottage is well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet and has a nice view of the water. Park had lots of great suggestions on places to visit on Gabriola and we did them all. What a beautiful place. We'll hopefully be back in the summer with our kayaks.

The Strand out of Pacific Shores Resort was perfect for my little family. The space is very modern & cozy. We utilized all the amenities such as the indoor & outdoor hot tubs, sauna, outdoor children’s heated pool in the winter, indoor swimming pool, spa and restaurant. Jenn & Nikki were amazing hosts super friendly & responsive. We felt so at home in their space. I was pregnant through our stay and enjoyed taking baths in the soaker tub with the fire place on. We took walks each day along the ocean and up into the estuary. One day we walked right to Rathtrevor Beach & stopped for lunch at Tigh-Nah-Mara Resort. I plan to return with my family in the future hopefully for years to come. This place holds its own magic and is great for island folks looking for a staycation. Our little one enjoyed the beach and playground. We enjoyed being close to Nanaimo, but far enough away you can take in the stars at night and listen to the ocean without the sounds of the city.

Above and beyond our expectations, attention to detail & made our visit so comfortable ! They were always present to our needs & felt at home! An excellent vaycay!! We give it a 5 plus stars!!!

This was our second stay at an Airbnb in Nanoose Bay at the Pacific Shores resorts. Chelsea's place was top of the line. As described, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Comfortable for the 6 of us who stayed. We loved the location and lay out of the condo, and loved being able to utilize the resort amenities as well. We hope and plan to stay here again next year and for many more to come!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. We stayed for a month, and the place was clean and stocked well for our stay. We didnt need to bring/buy any extra household items. The home has a kitchenette, but it felt like a full kitchen. Had everything we needed to cook for our group of 3. Amenities were amazing. 2 clean and wepp maintained pools and hot tubs kept our little one very entertained. And lastly, the location cant be beat. Great views, 1 minute walk to the beach, and short drives to city amenities. Thanks so much to Roy and Glenda, great hosts, and cant wait to visit again!
