Amazing place to stay for a Bachelorette trip to Nashville! Cozy, clean, private, and cute. Located right outside of Broadway- about a 8-10 minute walk, which is absolutely nothing, and safe enough to walk home at 2am. Provided everything we needed, and amenities listed were all present. Both bathrooms were very spacious and tons of closet/storage space. Would 100% stay here again!

Great spot and great building! I love the gym that they have. Clean and easy. Don’t forgot your phone going in and out!!! Everything is locked and unlocked through an app on your phone. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

Stayed for a month, and in that time really appreciated the location (walkability to Vanderbilt Medical in my case). Close to some solid food options. The residence itself is well-updated, true to pictures, and I appreciate the front/back access. Frankly, it was easy to feel at home here. The host was responsive, friendly, and I could tell was invested in ensuring my month-long stay met a high standard. Otherwise, the host was out of site out of mind with clear instructions provided about entry. I am thankful for this place.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Nashville. Zach was an excellent host and the place was as listed. We would definitely stay there again . Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking was on property and if you are driving let Zach know ahead of time so you get the parking spot number. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again

My boyfriend and I fell in love with this amazing Airbnb! It felt like a home away from home! The Airbnb and environment was so breathtaking & refreshing! Mrs. D was soo amazing! She had the place spotless clean! She’s so sweet and easy to communicate with! She even left a box of chocolates and a card for Valentine’s Day for us. I will definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and everyone! We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you so much!

The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

Only stayed one night. But our stay was a great one. Trying find the place a was some what challenging but got it figured out. But once inside it was great loved the open space of the living room the big kitchen. Would stay again. But for longer than a day 👍🏻

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this airbnb rental! My group came to celebrate my sister’s birthday and we had the best time! The airbnb was super clean, looked exactly like the pictures, was very spacious and close to all the bars and restaurants downtown! Check-in and check-out went very smooth with the clear directions that were given! Jake and Erika were amazing hosts who were very accommodating and attentive! My group is already discussing another trip to Nashville this summer and we would love to stay at this airbnb again!

I was highly impressed by David's condo in Nashville. The location was not too far from the nightlife and also near many different stores for shopping. The rooms were highly spacious and many beds for sleeping. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. Bathrooms were clean as well.

This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

Shaun is an excellent host - from the very beginning, his communication was clear, concise, timely, and friendly. He provided tons of recommendations. He is very helpful and really wants to ensure your stay is perfect. The property is exactly where you want it to be … so close to Broadway Street, yet far enough away that you can sleep at night. His place is also very clean and well-cared for. And the free parking is clutch! Everything about our stay was top-notch … and if we visit Nashville again, we will def stay at Shaun’s property. 10/10!!

My Airbnb visit was an exceptional experience that offered a private abode near the heart of Nashville. The gated community was well maintained with secure access to the building. The third floor residence offered a stylish suite with modern amenities for any occasion. I thoroughly enjoyed taking my fiancee to Nashville and this Airbnb was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a busy day downtown. If we visit this part of Nashville in the future, I know where I'll be staying.
