Elizabeth is the best host anyone could ask for! Her place is lovely, easy to locate, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The entire house was spotless neat, and impeccably clean. She even gave me rides to pick up a few things, which was incredibly thoughtful of her. She’s so accommodating and genuinely cares about making your stay as comfortable as possible. I had such a wonderful experience living here, and I’m grateful for her kindness and hospitality.

Like a family! The one of the best experiences on Airbnb, literally Air b & b , it’s better than all robotic, no-face-show hosts. Elizabeth is amazing, amazing, amazing! The main advantage of the house is in a residential/safe neighborhood and in the middle of Houston and Galveston.

Mike was very responsive and provided a list of things for both food and attractions. The place was very clean, cold AC, and perfect spot for walking to Pleasure Pier and the Seawall. I would definitely recommend this place and will book for future stays!!

I almost don't want to rate our stay because we want to stay here anytime we are on the coast. Bed was comfortable, water pressure good and fishing was decent. We happened to catch a week of 85degree highs and 75 lows. pay the $2 toll to find open beaches. The closest beach goers were 100 yards or more away from us. Most of other units are permanent residents and extremely friendly. Watermans restaurant across the street, catch live mullet in ditch next to complex for free bait. they provide kayaks, crabs traps. so many extras i cant recommend this place enough. A small alligator came around when I dumped left over bait from crab traps. I luckily wasn't close enough to try to wrewrestle it. Another gator came to say hello when I was fishing close to golf course. They are small but be vigilant with small kids or pets.

The Family and I were jaw dropped on our experience with this location. Had a peaceful and relaxing time. We plan on coming back soon.

Loved our weeklong stay at the beach house! Beautiful space, lots of room to spread out, so close to the beach, and had everything we needed. Mary was always helpful with anything that came up that week, and we loved our stay. Would love to go back!

We recently stayed at this spacious beach house in the Jamaica Beach area of Galveston, Texas, and it was an incredible experience. The house offers a fantastic view and is just a short walk to the beach, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The property comfortably accommodated our group of four, providing ample space so we never felt cramped. We especially appreciated the covered parking, which was perfect for our motorcycles. The upstairs area features a large living room and kitchen, with access to a patio equipped with a table and chairs—ideal for sitting and chatting while enjoying the view. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and pantry basics, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, the full-size washer and dryer, along with the dishwasher, added to the convenience of our stay. Our host was excellent, communicating clearly and being very friendly throughout our stay. We loved the setup, location, and overall comfort of the house.

Mike’s property was everything it claimed to be and more. Great space, great location, and great host. I would recommend anyone staying on the island to book with Mike. Thanks again Mike for the top notch hospitality!

Great location! Quick walk to the beach, yet away from the wind, traffic, and noise that comes with the beach. Home had all the extras you could ask for from k-cups, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner… I bring my own of these items, but didn’t even need to. Great beach home for sure!

This place is super clean and literally steps from the beach.. we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. There is a nice chill beach bar right across the street... ended up with some free beers and crawdads.. what else do you really need for a good time?? Beach Babe for the win!

Rental was great, clean, tidy, and well put together. Rental had no water at the time of arrival, made a phone call and the responded very fast and had the issue fixed in a timly manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay to anyone that is looking for a great place with great staff and fast response for any issues that may arise during the stay.

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! The space is perfect - the deck and patio are beautiful and the three bathrooms are so convenient. I hadn’t had a chance to reach out about check-in instructions but I didn’t have to because they were sent before lunch on check-in day. Love that there is a private garage and a fenced-in front yard. Super close to the ferry and the seawall and walking distance to the beach. You can’t beat this place for the price!

Very homey. Nice location, near places to eat, Kemah boardwalk, short walk to the beach. Great host. Very helpful and responsive.

Lia’s place was amazing. We were in town at another AirBnb and had some complications. Lia was very responsive when we were looking for a secondary place to stay. Her place was amazing and her service was even better. The location was great for all families. We would recommend Lia and her place to all we know. If the opportunity arises, we will be staying with her again. She does go above and beyond.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Sleepy Starfish. The home was comfortable and check in was straight forward. It is close to everything in Galveston and the game room downstairs was a hit with everybody. We would book this home again.

Perfect getaway family weekend. Easy walk to the beach and the kids absolutely loved it. Private and relaxing. Just what we needed before the start of the school year.

Excellent stay! Great location for exploring downtown Houston and attending baseball games, especially if you have a car. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip here.

Awesome house! So peaceful and the deer outside tie everything together. Can't wait to rent again!!!!!!
