Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Garden District, New Orleans

Great uptown location. Small, efficient property. Communication was easy and open. Off-street parking a plus.

Alex’s home was a perfect place for our New Orleans weekend. The tree lined street is beautiful as well as all the gorgeous architectural homes. The home was clean, comfy bed & every thing we needed to make a quick breakfast every morning. Alex stopped to greet us when we were having coffee at the cute outdoor table & chairs. It was walkable to restaurants & groceries. We walked to Katie’s for dinner based on recommendations left by Alex. It was a short Lyft ride to Frenchman St for music as well as the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

Casey was very accommodating allowing us to drop off our luggage early and also she ended up letting us check in 2 hours early when our tour was cancelled due to heavy rain. The bed is comfy. Great neighborhood 2 blocks from Magazine Street. Apartment is up 20 curving steps. Safe neighborhood. Rooms./doors could use a little bit paint and a few repairs, but fine to spend a night or two.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's place. A nice place, not fussy, but had everything we needed. The area is wonderful. Very walkable. Near both the bus stop and streetcar. Lots of good restaurants. We felt safe walking in the area at night. I would highly recommend staying at Brian's place for your trip to NOLA.

What a great place to stay! We love this little gem! The trolly is right out front for easy access to French quarter! Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

The welcome treats were wonderful. The Pack ’n Play delivery was perfect, it came with sheets and an added mattress, which was a great touch. The space was quiet, and the included parking was easy to access. Everything was immaculate, and the home was stocked with all the little things you might need but may have forgotten.

It was an awesome place, clean,comfortable beds , well stocked and great location. I definitely plan on staying there again in the future !!!

Often times when you book a place, the host is just friendly at first because they want your money but then when you’re locked in they don’t care. This trip wasn’t like that at all. From the very jump they were so friendly and open about everything and they took the time out and made every instruction clear as possible so there wouldn’t need to be any questions but if there was any they would respond in a very timely manner. Before the trip they sent a list of restaurants and not only activities to do but also activities that were happening while we were staying down there so they did the research for our individual stay. When we walked in the house it was beautiful and squeaky clean and just felt homey. With this place being such a beautiful home and with the host being as best as can be it’s definitely safe to say that next time we visit New Orleans we will certainly book through them again!

We had a short stay in New Orleans and Blair’s place was perfect. The trolley line was right outside and was very handy as we navigated traffic and crowds on a festival weekend. The house itself was very clean, had everything we needed, and was quite spacious for 4 adults. Blair was very responsive and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great walkable location, close to St Charles and Napoleon but so close to amazing restaurants. Great amenities, decorated tastefully and very New Orleans. Clean pool, linens, the house in fact smelled very good despite being pet friendly. Friendly host too! 💯

We enjoyed staying in this uptown cozy house! It is a great location which was walkable to some fun restaurants on Freret street. Cynthia was an excellent host. She responded promptly when we called with a question and even called back the next day to check on us. The house was comfortable, clean and soaps, shampoos and coffee were available. I would highly recommend this for a fun stay in New Orleans!

Great spot with lots of space! My bachelor party was an awesome time, everyone got their own bed and the number of bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. Location is great, short uber to anywhere you want to go.

Felt just like a little getaway home, 10/10 recommend!

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

Gigi and David’s place was spotless. The decor was just as it is the photo’s, very on trend and well kept. The location was perfect, quiet but within easy reach of all the sightseeing areas. We had a car and parked it on the side street ( where GiGi suggested) just a few steps from the apartment, very convenient and no parking fees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans. Thank you GiGi and David

Brad's large apartment space was the perfect location to explore the beautiful city of New Orleans! Although the location is only a few blocks from Bourbon Street, the unit was very quiet and secure. Brad provided quality recommendations, and do not miss going to the fabulous World War 2 Museum, about a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

Great location! I think the reviews underestimate how walk-able the location is to restaurants, Bourbon Street, French Quarters. There are plenty of cute, little coffee shops and markets nearby, too.

Lovely loft with every amenity we could have wanted. Great location 3 blocks from Bourbon, near multiple streetcar lines, French market, and the Riverwalk. Judy was friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Would stay again!

One of the Best Airbnb Experiences We’ve Ever Had: We were incredibly impressed with our stay at The Natchez. From start to finish, it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. If you’re heading to NOLA, it’s hard to beat this place—The Natchez sets the standard. Everything about the property is well thought out. The branding is on point, the layout is perfect, and the amenities are top-tier. The pool and two hot tubs made it feel like a resort. We were in town for a conference, but it’s clear this place would be just as amazing for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Honestly, we wish there were more places like The Natchez in other cities. We highly suggest expanding the brand—it’s clear they know exactly how to do it right.
