A great location next to spectrum!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ray’s place! Ray is an excellent host! His place is close to many great restaurants and shops. Our baby was also able to play in nearby playgrounds (there’s a total of 3 that is walkable but 1 is our favorite). Amenities are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and love to stay at Ray’s place again.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful place to stay

Very serious about outdoor quiet hours. The neighbors are particular, so no late night patio chats or hot tubbing/pool. But the house was excellent, with lots of amenities. Took advantage of screening room and game room, great TV's in the house for watching the NCAA tournament. A good rental for a family reunion or low key gathering of friends. Did not come for Disney, so can't speak to the access to the park or anything related to that. Would be a good house for kids though, lots to keep them entertained. Hosts were communicative and understanding, no onerous cleaning rules or post stay instructions which is nice. Easy remote check in and out via AirBnB messages.

Shelly was a great host and even accommodated an early check in to meet our travel schedule! Only feedback is to be careful on the stairs. The stair covers caused many of our guests to trip, but other than that, a beautiful house for a large group.

Wow!! Beautifully designed house and yard. The jacuzzi was set at the highest point in the yard, on the top of a hill that overlooks the incredible twinkling lights of LA at night and rolling hills during the day, with birds gliding overhead and a totally private setting. The bedroom is designed with a large French door looking out at the same view, and the utter privacy ensures you can leave the curtains open for the view at night. Meanwhile, the living room couch faces a beautiful fireplace and a huge, bright, clear TV like we'd never seen before. The house was well-stocked and clean, and Simon was quickly responsive to an issue when we first arrived -- he came over right away and solved it quickly. We can't wait to find a time to return!

Great place!

This place was perfect for my group! The house was really clean and we all felt comfortable on the couches and beds. We had everything we needed to cook so that just made it easier as well. There was a slight issue with the toilet when we first got there but Paul was so fast to respond and it was easily fixed ASAP. The game room was also pretty fun and the WiFi was incredibly fast especially for a group of 10. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place and great location close to the Disney parks. Hot tub was wonderful after long days of walking for hours. Beds were comfortable, the house was spotless and the area was very quiet. Everything worked as it should. We don't have young kids but I recommend this if you do.

Absolutely loved this home!!! It is perfect for entertainment and was 10 mins from Disney. The movie theatre was a total hit and had everything we needed to make ourselves right at home. My family and I also loved the backyard fire pit, pool, spa and the lounge areas. Had plenty of space for our large family. We wish we would have booked our stay longer!!! We brought games to play and didn’t even need them because they had everything to entertain. Justin the host was amazing and responded quickly with questions and when we had trouble navigating the spa someone came out to assist. Thank you Justin for letting us enjoy your home and make memories. If you are thinking of booking this place don’t think just DO IT! You won’t regret it! 10/10 🤩

Staying at Marriott Newport Beach was an amazing retreat! The spectacular views, luxurious amenities, and top-notch service made it a perfect getaway. A refreshing change from Airbnb—highly recommend!

This was a really great condo in downtown! The location was perfect, and it was well-equipped with everything you might need. On top of that, it was very cozy and clean. We truly felt at home, and the host was very helpful and kind. A big bonus was the free parking as well. Highly recommended!
