Fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown, making it easy to get to all restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The space was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, pup, and I felt right at home here! Clean and cozy with an unbeatable location! Shops, dining, and the Bestie River trail right out the door…Not to mention the lake view from the living room!! Absolutely perfect for our stay.

Really convenient. Parking attached made things so easy when I needed to use the car. This convenience negated the daily January snow. No snow on walkways confounded me as I never saw snow removal. My wife and dog would love to revisit. Just an overall great stay. Thank you

Great location! It is easy to walk to town and the lake. The bed & bedding were so comfortable. We appreciated the book with local recommendations & the welcome bottle of champagne. The parking garage is attached & only $20 per day which seemed reasonable to us.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Samantha’s place. It was close to everything for the wedding weekend and was very comfy.

Evan was a great host and communicated well and we didn't expect for him to let us check in early or give us a late check out but I asked for both and he was very accommodating. Great place if you have kids as there is sleeping room and a nice big living room and kitchen so that you can stay in and enjoy time with family if you want, or you can go out as it is a close walk to town (we didn't walk to town because we had two little ones with us and it was a little chilly but we could have). Wonderful stay, it was perfect for me and my boyfriend to stay and relax in the evening and an easy drive to Boyne for skiing. It was clean and exactly as described, there were clear instructions on how to get inside and find the place with photos, and it was spacious and peaceful. Would recommend and stay again!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Posh Birdhouse nestled in the woods, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were struck by the extreme privacy and tranquility surrounding us from the moment we arrived. This home truly felt like our own secluded sanctuary. The minimalist design of the house was both refreshing and functional. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed us to unwind. Despite its simplicity, the home was equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the espresso machine, which quickly became our morning ritual. The in-home sauna was another incredible addition. After long hikes through the woods, it was a delight to relax and rejuvenate in the warmth of the sauna. The most significant benefit to this home was the location. We were within 30 minutes of our favorite places (Good Harbor Beach, Pyramid Point, Leland, Sutton's Bay, Northport, Glen Lake, and Mawby).

Accurate description - lovely place and relaxing stay. Clean, spacious with lovely views and very pet friendly. We went in the winter and enjoyed the outdoor fireplace during a snow flurry. Beautiful! Our only hiccup was that it was so cold outside that the heating inside didn't warm the space, so I had to contact the host to increase the temp. He was super prompt in communication and increased the thermostat remotely. Other than it being quite chilly for a few hours that afternoon, our stay was cozy and relaxing.

Spent the weekend here for my wife's birthday with some friends. Great location for winery tours/local food, and everything you would need inside and out. Roger is a very responsive host and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay as welcoming as possible. Plenty of room inside the house for sleeping for 3 adult couples, could've even fit a 4th no problem in the loft. Home was spacious and the screened in porch is a great hangout spot overlooking the lake.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful trip! Katy was very quick to communicate when we had a question. Big kitchen perfect for prepping a meal for our large family. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a snowy walk down to the nearby lake.

Paula’s Cottage by the Bay was perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had a nice private backyard. We loved using the bikes (including the trailer for our 2 little ones) and were able to use them all around the Bay Area.

Beautiful home in a quiet but still very convenient location. We rented the home for a quick ski weekend at Boyne Mountain. The house is 6 miles (about 10 mins) from the resort. Super convenient location by gas, McDonalds and BC Pizza. The house is immaculate and is totally updated throughout. The kitchen and living space were highly functional and welcoming. The bedrooms are all very well sized and the 2.5 bathrooms were excellent. It was very nice to have the practically new washer and dryer available to use as well. We would definitely rent again! Thanks!

We enjoyed so much about this space - it was cozy, nestled in the woods with a very short trail to the nearby river, pup friendly, and seven minute from Crystal Mountain (which is why we were in the area). We used the kitchen every day, hot water did not disappoint after a cold day outside and the cute little fireplace was a nice touch as we wrapped in blankets and watched movies in the evenings. I recommend it!

Great spot and great location! Super easy to get around downtown, most places were very walkable to get to. The condo was a great landing pad after a full day of running around.

Carrie’s condo had everything we wanted and more. Convenient to downtown and the waterfront, and so nicely decorated. It’s like staying at your super stylish and thoughtful friend’s place. We already want to stay again!

Our stay at Blufin Lodge was perfect. We enjoyed having the week with the lodge as our home base for exploring all the sights in the area. We lucked out having arrived during peak leaf season. Driving through the resort was like a dream with all the beautiful fall colors. My husband and I, along with our two daughters, appreciated having our own space to relax after our adventures. The hosts have thought of all the little things you didn’t even know you needed. Cozy and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools to cook some of our own meals. Access to the resort amenities was a great addition and we took advantage of the pool many nights. The Lakeview Restaurant offered a great happy hour with spectacular sunset views of Lake Bellaire. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely consider returning to this lovely condo.

Very clean and well kept. Great location with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The host was responsive and accommodating.
