Este refúgio espaçoso é perfeito para famílias ou grupos que desejam desfrutar de momentos relaxantes em um ambiente tranquilo, enquanto ainda estão convenientemente próximos ao centro da cidade há apenas 20 minutos. Próximo também do Caminhos de Pedra e Vale dos Vinhedos. Essa casa de quatro quartos que foi construída nos anos 1930 foi completamente renovada nos anos de 22 e 23 pensando em cada detalhe para melhor atender hóspedes e amigos.
