Committed to the environment, the house incorporates a photovoltaic installation in its services, collecting energy from the Sun but having access to the conventional electricity grid when solar power is not accessible(during nights and rainy days)

Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station. Fantástica casa domótica con piscina comunitaria en una zona muy tranquila a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. Ubicación ideal en un pueblo costero a medio camino entre Barcelona y Tarragona. A 15 min en coche de Sitges, a 36 min en coche de Port Aventura y a tan solo 39 km del aeropuerto (30 min en coche). La estación de tren está a 7 min caminando.
