Rates cover first 4 guest, Additional guest are $25.00 per person. Maximum Capacity is 14 people. $5,000.00 Damage insurance required for booking. Pricing for events is extra and needs to be mentioned and approved by owner.

THE COZY COTTAGE, A Great place to hang your hat.

This Beautiful Cozy cottage is located in the small town of Post City Texas. Located a few blocks from downtown and walking distance to a local United Grocery store. The Cottage is a small house, with a queen size bed, side table, dresser, a side chair and an Armoire. The Bathroom is small, but has a large walk in shower. The kitchen is set up with lots of cabinets and comes complete with a small table and 2 stools, it has a large refrigerator, an apartment size stove and a Microwave
