Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Gatlinburg

Beautiful condo. Our kids loved the bunkers and having there on little private area to hang out. Beds were very comfortable.

If you’re looking for a private peaceful place to relax, this is definitely it! The drive up the hill to get there is steep and windy and the road is narrow, so be careful when navigating, especially in the dark. (Use Apple Maps to get to the cabin, Ryan warned us that Google maps takes you to a different dead end.) The cabin is cozy and looks just like the pictures, and the views from the balcony are stunning! The rocking chairs are a great touch for a relaxing quiet time! Ryan was really responsive to any questions I had.

Clean place! In a quiet area not far from all the things we wanted to do. We had all we needed, it was very well kept and clean. The view from the balcony was beautifully incredible. Would definitely look here to stay again another time as well and refer friends

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

Good place and great people and lots to do in area.

The place was exactly like the pictures and everything was exactly like Samuel said. He was very attentive and responsive. We had a few issues out of his control and he made sure to make them right. The front porch was a favorite of several that stayed, along with the screened in porch. It was clean and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen appliances were nice along with the cookware. There were 14 of us and the big kitchen table and island provided ample seating and was great to have. Samuel makes sure to let you know in the description about the adjacent restaurant and that is very helpful. Just a little heads up; be sure to keep your doors locked while there. People got confused about how to get in the restaurant and tried to come in the house a few times while we were outside getting things. This is no fault to Samuel, just a tip.

Great stay. Super responsive and accommodating host. The hot tub was awesome in the snow! The place is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

It was 5 of us the place was great very big & spacious we even had two extra bedrooms left over. Beds were comfortable & the primary bedroom bathroom is huge. Very easy to find. Kitchen has everything you will need only downfall is during our stay the oven didn’t work. They even have a gas grill. The hot tub was a nice feature not sure if we didn’t know how to work it but the jets didn’t really cut on during our stay but we still enjoyed using it. Host was very responsive to all my questions & concerns. Overall great experience would book again.

We enjoyed staying at William's property for our short getaway to Pigeon Forge. The house was easy to locate and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the view of the river across from the property. Our four legged child enjoyed the house and loved how the neighborhood was pet friendly. The check in process was smooth and easy, and the house was just as described and super clean. William was quick to respond when we reached out. We usually stay in Gatlinburg, but actually loved staying in Pigeon Forge at this location. It was in a perfect location and we could get places very easily. Also, loved that we didn't have any steep drives, big plus! We loved this property and the location and will most definitely stay here again when we return to Pigeon Forge.

Probably one of my favorite AirBnB experiences! Host was friendly and we felt right at home. This was a nice quiet area and was not far from town.

Good place for stay!! Everything was clean! Excellent location and very quiet neighborhood. It would only be good to have a heating on the basement or better blankets since it's too cold this winter time and the people who slept there are not warmed up had a bad night by the cold! But all the rest of things are very good!

Its a nice place to stay with family and friend. I will highly recommend to stay here. You can walk to explore different attractions of the city. Restaurants and eating places are nearby. Apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. Parking is available. You have the access to pool. Wifi was really slow. That can be improved. Host is great. Overall, we had great time at this place. Thank you for hosting us.

The place was as described. The view was amazing. My favorite part was opening up the bedroom door to the balcony and sitting on the rockers just taking in the view. would stay again.

We enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider staying again. The location was perfect and convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The only downside was the road and wind noise which are neither the owner can do anything about.

It is a super quiet place, next to the OBER MOUNTAIN attraction for ski lovers and close to shops and restaurants. Zach sent us all instructions in writing and answered our questions. Thank you Zach
