Just back from a 3 night stay at Hall's Haven and it was a perfect spot for our two families of 4, ages 7 thru 50! The welcome treats were such a nice added touch and much appreciated. Lots of space for kids and adults to spread out and plenty of toys and games for everyone. Lots of space for ski gear too! We loved having fires and cooking big meals together in the kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. There was SO much snow and every window had a beautiful view of the snowy woods. Quiet, lovely neighborhood near the Lakeview Inn and just 5 minutes to Schuss Village for skiing. The sauna was an added luxury after a day of skiing! We had the best weekend together! Thank you Clare and Trevor!

Chelsea was very welcoming and accommodating! We spent a few days at Shanty Creek for a conference and went skiing at Schuss Mountain. Great location for both activities! Highly recommend staying here- Chelsea was a wonderful host!

Timothy was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my initial questions as someone who is newer to renting an AirBnB and was quick to help when I called about an issue with one of the smoke alarms on arrival (extremely minor, just a faulty battery, but I wanted to make sure to ask before deactivating it). Overall a nice place to stay, I would definitely return in the future!

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

Greg and Katrina’s home was awesome lots todo for people all ages. Everyone enjoyed the amenities and the place was really well taken care of. I’d stay there agin!

Stayed here with a few friends over our college break, it was an awesome time and the perfect space for a group of college students to relax and all be together. Lots of activities within the house (ping pong, pool table, cornhole, darts) which made the trip better. Great fridge space and bathrooms/showers worked well. More than enough sleeping spaces for me and all my friends. Would highly recommended to any large group looking for a fun getaway!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful property! It was quiet and serene. The inside was spacious but comfortable, we felt right at home! Since it was a little chilly when we went, I was still able to enjoy the views of the lake from the couch with a cup of coffee. Brenda is a great host, very responsive, provided clear instructions, and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Great place to share with our adult children and young grandchildren. The small private sandy beach was perfect for our toddler and his trucks. Availability of kayaks and water toys added to the comfort of spending an afternoon at the house. It was very well stocked for cooking and had plenty of counter space for prep and meals. Our host was responsive within minutes with any questions. Location is great to make a day trip to Mackinac Island and another toTraverse City and its peninsulas. Petoskey is ~20mins drive and is an adorable town on Lake Michigan with great restaurant and shopping options as well as a nice stone break wall for watching the sunset. Harbor Springs is just an additional 10mi with a small downtown and a line out the door for Tom’s Mom’s Cookies! Thanks for a memorable family vacation!

Beautiful lake home. Everything is very nice & comfortable. We enjoyed the getaway very much. Loved looking at the peaceful lake. The updates are very tastefully done. Looks like a lot of time invested into every detail. It’s well stocked-lots of games too. Restaurants, stores, ice cream all within 5 miles. Highly recommend for R&R on a big lake. Thank you!

We loved staying at Carl's. The pool table and hot tub are my kids favorite part.

Lindsay was easy to work with and very responsive. We were in the area during the local Ice Storm checking on our own vacation home in Gaylord. We booked last minute but were given check in instructions instantly. The location was perfect and we had all the comforts of home. I would definitely rent from Lindsay again and would recommend Boyneland Vacation Rentals to anyone visiting the area.

Very peaceful experience! The cabin is lovely! Heard and saw so much wildlife! Even deer right down by the river! The location on the river is amazing and so was the hot tub! Bill was very responsive and gave clear instructions! Would love to come back!

The house was as described. Beautiful fenced in back yard for dogs to run around. Beautiful view of sunrise over tge water. Nice private beach with dock. Very open layout. We were there with 5 adults and three dogs. When we come back to Traverse City this would be the place I'd stat.

We had a great weekend stay here with our two kids and our pup . Perfect location for skiing and access to town. The house is thoughtfully appointed and cozy. Great weekend getaway!

Very spacious house, plenty of room for 3 families (12 people). The house was very well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of activities to do in the basement also and kept the kids plenty busy! Crystal was very responsive!

This home was a perfect place for a women's mini retreat weekend. It was a very comfortable space for 6 ladies. A suggestion would be a little heater in the main floor master bath for colder months would be helpful. It is quite chilly in there. We hope to stay again sometime.

We had a restful stay! The house is adorable Midcentury Modern with so much charm, thoughtful amenities and a cozy atmosphere that makes the house instantly feel like home. Spotlessly clean, lots of extra attention to the details of a family trip or wine weekend excursion. Great recommendations for food and wine lovers. We really enjoyed our stay. We’d love to come back and stay longer.

Our stay was wonderful! We needed a break from our fast paced life and this was just what we needed! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and played several spirited games of billiards. We highly recommend staying here!
