We love it! The apartment was very clean and tidy, just like in the photos, everything was perfect! Jose was very helpful at all times and responded immediately to any questions.. the views from the balcony are unbeatable , and there is enough leisure in the area considering that we are in low season. Surely we will repeat when we come back in the area !

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

Izabela is very friendly and helpful host. Always answer on any questions in just few minutes. We also got from her some ideas for days out. All the places recommended by her were amazing (including Muelle - amazing restaurant with Italian and Argentinian food). Apartment itself is small but very cosy. It was more than enough for us (couple + small baby). Place is spotless and well-equipped, but what is not always sure - it looks exactly like on the photos. It's also very close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops etc. If we decide to visit Torrevieja again - Iza's apartment will be our first choice.

Definitely the place is amazing, I recommend it 100% and Mari Carmen was very kind to welcome me in her house 10% of 10%

Stefan was easy and great to communicate with and the house was like the description. It was good proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants!

Beautiful apartment, it’s a shame we arrived late and had to leave early that we didn’t really get to explore the local surroundings. Everything was very clean and tidy. No complaints.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, and getting into the apartment was seamless and hassle-free. The apartment itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly felt like a home away from home. An added bonus was the underground carpark, which made our stay even more convenient. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough—it's a perfect choice for anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Really clean, cozy place that was perfect for our visit to Murcia. 20min walk downtown Murcia. Great location close to pharmacy, supermarket...Mercedes was a great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a visit. The property has spacious rooms, nice decor and a fab solarium. It's is a perfect location to reach beaches (about 15 mins by foot) Very close to Punta Marina shopping centre and all the restaurants and from there it's easy to explore the wider coastline and towns of Playa Flamenca and on to La Zenia and all they have to offer. Shaun was a perfect host. I'm sure we will be back!

The apartment is very good, neat, with everything you need for cooking. They left us very nice details such as a vinito, water, cookies, coffeecito. The view of the apartment is stunning, my favorite place was on the armchair next to the window. The color of the water. The tranquility. We went in March, asique had very few people. At 500 meters there were places to eat and supermarkets. We didn't want to leave

Clean and very tidy accommodation. Responsive hood, just lacks a little sun in the accommodation and on the terrace is the only downside with the opposite ... The rest was perfect, Jacuzzi is really a plus!! Couple with two small children Great

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the flat! The views are stunning and you can hear the sea all the time, so nice to go to sleep with! The decor is a little different to when the flat was pictured. A bit of a menagerie of pictures etc, there was no pillow or duvet protectors. But otherwise we did really like the place. The beds are super comfy, outdoor furniture is also really comfy. There are people who meet you to check in and out. Parking space allocated. The area itself is very quiet. We drove into Alicante nightly to find good choices, but we are out of season in march. It is really peaceful but the nearest shop is quite a walk and restaurants on the front we didn’t really try as Alicante is so close and we loved it there. We would stay again. We used the pool a few times and it was warm enough with sun loungers. Also used the sauna which was nice. There is a little well equipped gym and tennis rackets in the flat but we didn’t use either. To say this apartment ticked all the boxes of a perfect apartment for a staycation is a HUGE understatement! The pictures of the place are extremely accurate, there is actually more there than you expect when you begin having a deeper look around. It was pristinely clean and modern with a stunning balcony featuring a jacuzzi to top it off. There was access to an infinity pool however it was a bit cold to go swimming and the pool is not heated. The only thing I would say about the places was it was abit further from Alicante than we would have wanted and Ubers were a bit pricey but we made it work. I would definitely recommend renting a car when you stay for longer than 4 days as there is a free parking space for you on site too. Apart from that me and my partner had the most romantic and comfortable experience and we will 100% be back. Thank you Julia and Maciej for making it so special and leaving some wine, chocolate and strawberries out for us on our arrival. You’re great hosts 😊
