Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

Syuzanna must be the most responsive and kind host I’ve encountered. She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. Lovely place and well worth the money! Feels loved and homely. Was very easy to rest here and I enjoyed a lot of the furnishings and little antiques!

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Mornings here were a dream, with stunning views from the balcony that set the perfect tone for the day. The Airbnb itself had everything I needed for a comfortable weekend trip, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. I have to give a big shoutout to Suzy, our host. She was incredibly responsive and kind, always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Her hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to the experience.
