The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (2 miles north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions (CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, Artesian Casino, & Spa) and much more!

Warm home vibes, fully furnished, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Near I-35 for easy access. Very close to downtown Ardmore, 10 min from Lake Murray, and about 20 min from Turner Falls or WinStar World Casino! Family and pet friendly with plenty of room to run around in the backyard. This tiny 200sqft cottage is on a 1200 acre ranch in the Arbuckle Mountains. The rock bottom creek, just 100 ft from the cottage, can be heard from the deck most of the year. There are trails through the woods, along the creek and to the top of a mountain. Enjoy the hot tub or campfire under the stars, play croquet, frisbee golf or other games in the nearby field. This remote retreat is perfect for nature lovers not partiers. It is important to read about the space below so no surprises

Rustic Ranch Cabin

Quiet cabin that is close to Lake Murray, Lake Texoma, the Arbuckle Wilderness Area and Turner Falls with ATV and Jeep trails at Crossbar Ranch in Davis plus lots of attractions in Sulphur. Numerous Casinos and gaming attractions - just a great place to explore. It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

The wandering house

Settled in a brand new neighborhood. Large fenced back yard with a screened in back porch that includes a reclining sofa and a tv. Ethernet ports in every room. 4k streaming wifi. The game room has a reclining love seat with two 55 inch TVs along with every game.775 books spread around the living room. Beds incline . Master bed is a king sleep number . Living room has sectional with recliners and a chaise that can sleep 3. There’s also a spare 4 inch mattress topper perfect for kids to sleep.
