High speed WiFi and smart TVs in every room for you to enjoy. this allotment is a very quiet & peaceful w/ beautiful paved road for your enjoyment. Andover village and campgrounds are nearby. Newly renovated 1 BDR cottage with fully equipped kitchen, within a short walk to all GOTL has to offer. "Da Lake" is 1 of 3 cottages on our mostly private slice of GOTL. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee, enjoy the morning sun through the large sliding glass door or outside on the patio. Catch a shuttle at The Lodge to visit wineries or a gorgeous sunset at the lakefront trail. Just a short walk to the famous "Strip" but away from the noise. Relax, refresh, and just have fun @ "Da Lake."

The property gives you private access to lake Erie to enjoy paddle boarding (we have 2 paddle boards free for you to use), kayaking, or swimming. We provide a charcoal grill, firepit, and seating outdoors for you to fully enjoy the property. Everything in the home is brand new, as we renovated it to the studs and built a new modern house, complete with air conditioning, streaming tvs, and washer/dryer.

Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and about 2000sf. located on the shore of Lake Erie. 10 mins from Walnut Beach in Ashtabula and Conneaut Township park, 30 mins from Geneva-on-the-Lake, and 40 mins from Presque Ise in Erie, PA. With 2 living rooms and a hot tub, our home is ideal for a family vacation. Pet-friendly; beds for 6, plus 3 futons (groups larger than 8 must be approved by the host).
