**First-Time Check-In Experience** During our initial check-in, we noticed the room had an issue with fruit flies or drain flies. We immediately contacted the staff, and they were very responsive—they quickly arranged a new room for us. The second room was much better in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. **Room Feedback** The first room’s toilet had a noticeable drain smell, which was a bit unpleasant. In the second room, the only minor issues were a non-working ventilation fan in the bathroom and slightly yellowish pillowcases. These are small fixes that could easily be addressed. **Positive Highlights** The balcony offered a fantastic view, even though it was a bit small. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt service from the staff. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable! We’ll definitely consider staying here again if we’re in the area. Cheers!

Sabrella is an Excellent host. She was very responsive and she has a great place with a beautiful view of Genting atop. Place was squeaky clean with all amenities with it. Definitely will come back to her for the next stay.

Moses really helped so much and made the check in very clear! I’d say the process was very smooth! Parking is easy as well; the room itself was nice and comfy…the wifi had a lil issue but everything else was good! The toilet was very clean which I really appreciated!

Nice to stay with near by restaurant via walking distances. Great mountain scenery from balcony.

Second time staying with Julie - same time of the year last year! 1st time: I arrived at night, so it was dark and the designated parking lot was hard to locate. Towels were not provided then but I guess it was a housekeeping mistake at the time, but not a bother as I had brought my own towels just in case. The route to the unit was not the easiest as you have to go round an alley through the back pathway instead of through the "front" of the driveway. It was rainy season then and the second time, so the pathway can be damp and muddy and slippery due to the grassy pathway. 2nd time: I arrived during the day and the parking was much easier to locate. Towels were there this time, but it was still rainy =( What I loved most about Julie's unit is that it is super cozy. It reminds me of a country side cottage which is exactly the vibe I was looking for when I found her ABNB. Despite the difficulties the first time, it was worth the second trip and I will definitely return again each year

Noiceee! Good view, cleanliness was good, but is just better to bring your own towel instead. Overall still a 5 star for me :)

Good place to stay

Exceptional, nice and relax place to stay!! Great host-Mr Mark, he is very flexible, helpful and very responsive for our needs. It was our last minute booking for the stay and he was accommodated for our request too. We enjoyed our stay together with our furkid. Definitely, we will come again next trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the pleasure of staying at this homestay and it exceeded all our expectations. The homestay was immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly set this homestay apart was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the host. The only minor drawback of the house is that it’s on the 4th floor(no elevator), and I noticed a bit of dust on the wall fan. However, these are easily outweighed by the many positives that make this stay well worth the money. The location is private and beautiful, with easy access to Janda Baik, Genting, and other attractions. The house itself feels like a home—cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you could need, including a water filter, kitchen utensils, a fridge, a microwave, and more. The host is also incredibly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
