spacious for a family of 7 (including a baby), a stone's throw to the beach (just cross the busy road), clean and well maintained rooms

Place had a great view of the Penang Bridge. Host is also quick to respond via WA to any quires we had plus sending items that were needed like extra hangers and towels etc. The furnishings are a little dated but still a comfortable enough stay. There is breakfast provided that you can also request to be sent to your apt. Queensbay Mall is also a 5mins+ car ride away which is nice. Checking in and out was easy - do note there is a deposit that you need to place which you can get back after checking out.

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. The pool was cool, the morning/nightmarket was reachable in walking distance with many delicious food stalls. We were very satisfied.

There are nearby markets and shopping malls, suitable for families to get around.The room is also very clean, with a gas stove and simple kitchenware.Except that there were a bit of ants in the house, everything else was perfect. Thank you very much for your hospitality and help, my mom and aunt had a wonderful stay here.

Our family of 5 (including 1 in a wheelchair) had a great stay at Lynn's place. Lynn was proactive, always responsive, and provides really clear instructions on checking in and accessing the unit. The home itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, and most of all, in a really good location with grocery, retail and a multitude of food options at the doorstep. For wheelchair users, getting from the car park to the lift lobby requires negotiating a ramp, then a single step (for which help may be needed). Apart from that there are no issues with accessibility inside the home as it is well laid out and uncluttered, with wide entrances to the rooms and a large bathroom attached to the master bedroom. We were never disturbed by any sounds from the restaurants at the marina, and everything worked well and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great ocean view, convenient location, fully equipped, air-cold and responsive host.There are restaurants and night markets within a few minutes on foot, and the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Ace mart can store your luggage on the 1st floor, the charge is lower than the other one on the same floor, it is a great living experience.

The apartment is at the high floor with a beautiful ocean view. Several popular spots are walkable, e.g. about 20-min walk to Hin Bus Depot, about 15-min walk to Green House Prawn Mee. It’s also pretty easy to get a grab to anywhere. I and my family enjoyed a lot during the stay! Thanks a lot!

Accommodation and hospitality were good. There are restaurants, fast food chains, mini marts, pharmacy, malls can be found just a walking distance away ^^ This accommodation is a pet friendly place and I brought my 3 cats along :-) Just need to be extra careful when you open the balcony door as this unit doesn't comes with a protective fence. Great place nonetheless!

really feel like home. i spend most of time in house (teman husband outstations). baby friendly, got baby chair and baby bath tub. washing machine with dryer. entertainment, massage chair, extra single mattress too. overall mmg okay

Had a short weekend stay in Penang and Fendi’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Private space and all in clean working order. Being on the 30th floor, there are some nice views, as well as the pool & gym available on a separate floor. Close via taxi or bus to nearby George Town. (Could also walk if you don’t mind the heat). Would stay again in the future 👍

We had an amazing stay in Haran's place. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped (matches the description). The area is quiet and peaceful. The condo offers free facilities like pools, gazebo areas, a modern gym etc. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants in walkable distance. Communication with Haran and his family was smooth and easy. They all are excellent hosts and very friendly, helpful and welcoming people. I highly recommend this stay and would love to come back!
