Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Georgetown

The shower shower is a little inconvenient, and the water pressure is large, easy to remove.The environment is quiet and there is no sound at night when you sleep.There is a game console in the living room to play.

We have been coming to Malaysia every year and have stayed in the Tanjung Tokong area. We enjoy this area with its wide variety of street food/outdoors food courts within walking distance of the Straits Quay apartment complex/mall. The Georgetown historic city center is about 4 miles away and reachable by bus of ride sharing. We like the location. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. We had booked apartments in the same complex several times before and this was by far the nicest ( also considerably more pricey). The beds and sofa were comfortable, the living room attractive and nicely decorated, the kitchen reasonably well equipped. The apartment was impeccably clean. All in all, a very comfortable stay. We felt at home right away. The Straits Quay complex has 3 beautiful pools that the tenants can use, a real treat. Self check-in and check-out were easy and electronic communication with the hosts was always very prompt. We highly recommend this place.

The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely view at the entrance, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The black and gold themed decorations were stunning and seamlessly blended throughout the house.The owners truly have an eye for detail, especially with a plaque that welcomed us with the words, "May Allah bless the ones who enter this house." It was a heartfelt touch that made us feel right at home.The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with high-quality shower creams and shampoo. I particularly loved the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, from a fridge, cooking hood, and water filter, to an array of cooking utensils. The kitchen had everything, including cutleries, various sizes of frying pans, pots, knives, a chopping board, scissors, kitchen tissue, kitchen cloth, and even a "lesung batu"! The attention to detail here was meticulous!

The place is lovely. Great for a vacation. Beach is nice, night market is... well, night market-y, the pool is LOVELY, and the gym is great. Mostly quiet - watch out for holiday nights though, the traffic is a nightmare! The space is great, nice kitchen. Gary is very helpful! Grab works to get all your food delivered. So I would LOVE to live there forever... just a bit expensive once you know Penang prices for long term stay. So it is perfect for a vacation!

10/10 spot, no notes. Tucked in a quiet alley walking distance from many great shops and restaurants in Georgetown. The room itself was super spacious and beautifully kept.

It's our second time staying here and we came back because Gana's place has everything we needed. We are a family of 2 adults + 3 kids and stayed 7 nights. The beach was right at the back of the condo, pool was beautiful, gym was in working condition and it was walking distance to beach bars, restaurants and a hawker centre. Thanks for having us again, Gana.

I had an amazing experience staying at Clean & Comfy Apt! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by Jean, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The amenities provided were beyond expectations – comfortable beds and great Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend Clean & Comfy Apt to anyone visiting Batu Ferringhi. I would definitely revisit here again!
