Beach house holiday rentals in Georgia

I really enjoyed my time at Christine’s place. I’m a painter and was able to set up my easel in the living room and had plenty of room to do my work. The kitchen is well supplied with a couple frying pans that nothing sticks to (a big plus). The master bedroom was very easy and comfortable. The washer/dryer was great to have. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Tybee Island is a fun location, <30 minutes to Savannah, which was important to me. It is unfortunate that dogs are not allowed on the beach at Tybee, which created a little stress for me. Several people told me I’d pay a hefty fine if my dog was on the beach. This isn’t directly about Christine’s place, but something that should be considered if you’re bringing a dog. A real big plus, for me, was its location close to the Tybee YMCA which has great morning fitness classes and yoga, so I was able to integrate daily exercise into my routine. Christine and Ken were very responsive.

Close to the beach, well stocked kitchen - with all spices and dishes you can want. Nice rooms and very large for a 3 bed condo. Would stay again

The house is in a great location and very comfortable. The front yard looks much bigger in the pictures. Basically, you can fit two cars and then sit in those cute chairs right next to the cars. But the backyard is fenced and perfect if you bring a dog. We had an issue with the dishwasher, and they came out immediately and resolved it. They will send you a note about basically bringing most of your own supplies (dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.) which we did, but we still ran out and couldn't run the dishwasher before we left.

We hosted Christmas for a family with the grands at Abbey's home and had ample room to gather around the kitchen and cook with abundant supplies, necessities (like saran wrap, foil, spices, veggie oil, etc.) and cookware. I especially liked how family friendly the space was giving the little ones a room to nap without being disturbed (Pack n Play provided:) and hosted 9 for Christmas dinner. The layout was great and Abbey provided extra seating / table. She could not have been more accommodating. The enclosed deck was ideal for quiet conversation or space to grab some corralled outdoor time for the kids. The location was very convenient to all our favorite places too! We've been bringing the kids and now the grands all their lives. All agreed on a repeat visit!

We had the best girls trip here! Here is all the things we loved… Spotless , close to the beach, easy drive to Savannah, beautifully decorated, comfortable bedding and pillows, tons of towels, all the kitchen stuff you would need, super cute and private backyard space, walking distance to bars and restaurants, cozy living room couch, washer and dryer, bathroom products provided, box fans in each bedroom, ceiling fans. I would 100% come back and recommend this property!!

Nice home probably one of the cleanest we've been on Airbnb. If we're in the area and it's available definitely would reserve the space again.

We stayed and Denver’s place for easy access for Tybee race weekend. The place was comfy and clean, plus conveniently located for us to walk to the pier and restaurants. Denver communicated well and checked with us during our stay.

Great place, close to everything but away from the busy parts of the Island. The house was comfortable and clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. Jake was a very friendly, responsive host.

We had an amazing stay, The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk or ride to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do on Tybee Island. Kevin was an excellent host, always quick to respond and super helpful throughout the entire process. Renting golf carts was definitely the best decision for getting around the island and made our trip even more fun. The outdoor spaces and beach chairs provided were a nice touch too. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!”

We had a great time at CJ's house on SSI. By the end we all wanted a few more days. The place was big enough to comfortably fit our 2 families. The hot tub was perfection; crystal clear and warm. With unseasonably cold weather it was a delight to sit and relax and see the stars. Bedrooms were clean large. The morning walk to the coffee shop was a prefect way to get the blood moving. I'd be remiss if I did not praise CJ for responsiveness. Before booking, and after CJ was one of the most responsive hosts I could imagine. Thanks for letting us share a little bit of SSI.

Great host and very good experience.

We had an unfortunate issue that left the pool unusable for our trip but Halen was so helpful in getting us multiple back up plans in place to make sure we still had an amazing trip. An added bonus she had it all arranged on the first day for us! We were traveling with 4 kiddos all 4 & under and had no trouble with the space and were so impressed with the location. Everything was super walkable and we loved going to the pier every day which is right by the house. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and were impressed with how well it was stocked with equipment. I was worried the kids would be loud but we never had any problems and the couple downstairs was always so kind and sweet to our family every time we ran into them. Our stay was perfect and we are already planning on booking another trip back to tybee and will stay in this property again!

Loved our stay! Home had everything we needed-comfortable, clean, quiet, excellent location. Very walkable to restaurants and pier. A special thank you to our great host for communication and assistance during the winter weather. We could not be more grateful. We would book again if ever back in the area. Great place to come home to after a day of sightseeing!

St. Simons rentals were super helpful. We had originally booked a reservation for a different unit and the current owner for that was no longer renting it out. They moved us to another unit and it was a great upgrade, I appreciated the proactive response and they were a pleasure to work with.

Perfect setup for our family. Love the four bedrooms with the four king size beds, and the additional bedroom on the lower level with two twins.. all the porches were overlooking the marsh...kitchen was well equipped

We absolutely loved staying here! The house is beautiful. Everything was clean and well stocked. There was even a gift bag with dog treats in it because they knew we were bringing our dog. We stay at Air bnb’s very often and that was a first! For the amount of beds this home has and the amount of space, the price is very reasonable. The pool is amazing! It has a swim up bar, a picnic area, an outdoor kitchen - we spent most of our time out there and on the rooftop deck. Anthony was very helpful and friendly. We plan to stay there again!

Siobhan and John were excellent hosts. Our family enjoyed our time at the house which offered several different choices for outside relaxation. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed during their stay here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful spacious home in an established upscale and private neighborhood with easy walking access ( 3 min) to a great beach . Perfect kid and pet-friendly home that is well-equipped with state of the art TVs including excellent WiFi. Willy is a fabulous Superhost.

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

What an amazing place! Sapelo Island is so interesting - both the local community & its history, and the unique beautiful environment; Stephan connected us with local people and recommendations to fully explore all of this. We were very sad to leave. The house is a really cool place; lots of space and not too precious - perfectly set up for enjoying this magical place. Thank you Stephan! We hope to return!

We loved our stay at this wonderful home on Jekyll Island. We were close to everything — the beach, restaurants, wetlands, music, the conference center, downtown, and the historical district. The place is well designed with all the amenities and plenty of room to stretch out. We highly recommend this home on Jekyll Island and would not hesitate to stay here again. The hosts were gracious and responsive.

This was a great house for our family. We had our family (8 adults, 5 kids) and visitors (4 adults) every night for dinner - the house offered plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces to hang out. The walk to the beach was easy for us and the house had a great beach closet loaded with chairs, carts, and toys. One of the coffee makers (single serve) was broken, but Missy sent a new one right away and it showed up the next day - yay! We would love to stay again in the future and would highly recommend. Great beach house!

You get what you see in the pictures. The location is lovely. While the beach access isn’t private, it wasn’t crowded at all. It’s about 150 feet to the start of the wooden boardwalk and another 150 feet on that boardwalk before you hit sand. (I mention this for families who may worry about mobility issues with any of their members). There’s a really solid restaurant called “the deck” a 3 minute walk away (fish and chips were great). The porch has a clear sight path to the beach. You can hear it at night. The breeze comes through. The bedrooms were great. The kitchen and living area was enormous. I do think it’s important to point out that the living area is on the floor above the bedrooms. It was no issue for my family…but could see how it would be important if you have people who like to sleep in and others who are up early. Importantly, the host was incredibly communicative. It was usually less than an hour before she responded to me. Great spot.
