You are looking for a retreat where you can work undisturbed and relax in a stylish atmosphere. Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to Messe/Stuttgart Airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Right on the A 8 with its own garage. If you would like to shop, you will find all shops, food, organic shop, bank, pharmacy, drugstore within walking distance. In 15 minutes walking you can reach a forest and hiking area.

Relaxing apartment on the UNESCO World Heritage Site Reichenau. We are happy to share it with you! The apartment is ideal for a family and is too small for four adults or total strangers. Please have a good look at the floor plan for more details as the bathroom is only reachable from the living room! Bedroom 1 has a small kitchen area that can be hidden from view. Bedroom 2 is a comfortable sleeper couch in the living room area. We prefer guests with at least one prior air bnb review.

The 1-room flat + separate kitchen has been completely renovated and furnished with much love. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A garage (H 2m width 3.35) is available free of charge. Fast WiFi, a 55-inch Smart TV, USB and USB-C sockets are also available. Hotel bed linen/towels are included.

Whether exploring the Vogelsberg by bike, visiting the most beautiful half-timbered cities, enjoying the nature in the Vogelsberg, or relaxing after a day of work in the area - here it is possible. Newly renovated and very well equipped. The kitchen cabinets + refrigerator are filled, see pictures. You don't necessarily have to go shopping. Billing of 'consumption' at your own discretion, no 'minibar conditions'. The Miele washer-dryer does small laundry (3kg) in one go

Sunny and calm Apartment in Friedrichshain

Enjoy your stay in this sunny and calm apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain! The apartment has two rooms, a big kitchen and a small bathroom, as well as a hallway, of course. The kitchen has everything you need, including a big table, that seats 4 people. The living room has a height-adjustable desk for all your "home" office duties. I usually live here with my dog Millie, so even if I clean it as best as possible the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The condo offers 2 bedrooms, a large dining and living room, 2 bathrooms with showers as well as a fully equipped kitchen overlooking apple orchards and mountains! Feel free to enjoy yourselves in our backyard! You are only a short drive or ride by bicycle/bus away from downtown and the water front/beach. In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
