Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gia Lâm

I honestly wished we lived here all the time! My partner and I stayed here for just under a week and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The host responded to all messages immediately, and finding the building and checking in was so easy. They also provided us with lots of information on restaurants and bakeries, as well as local things to do. The Eco Park area is incredible! There are so many amenities around you and lots of play spots for children. There are multiple supermarkets at the base of all the apartment buildings - it was so ideal. The apartment itself was beyond our expectations. After some iffy stays before here, we finally had consistently hot showers, fluffy towels and a very comfy bed!! There was heating and air con. Also a fast washing machine and dryer. Everything worked and the place was PRISTINE! So beautifully decorated also. We cannot sing the host’s praises enough. You will not find a better or more comfortable stay. It was a home away from home. 🥰

We stayed three nights with our family of four. Eco Park is a bit far from Hanoi city, but it's a quiet place and a lot of fun. There were also restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, so I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. Take the Eco Park shuttle bus to Hanoi City and Aeon Mall. You can also rent bicycles, so it's a good idea to try walking around the neighborhood. The room is spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We were uncomfortable with English communication, so Aya was very helpful. Also, Nam's mother, who showed me around the room, was also very nice. Thank you so much for your time!

This is a quiet place to stay, the apartment has a nice view, a stunning view from the balcony, very suitable for people who like to rest, relax. The apartment has a big comfortable bed, clean, with a clothes dryer, with all cooking utensils. The snow is very friendly. I'd love to go back. clean surrounding road, peaceful setting.

I had an amazing time in this studio! It's really beautiful and I've never slept in such a comfortable bed in my life! I want the same home. The kindness with which I was welcomed and received made this stay even more superb. The video projector works great, you will have access to a superb gym in the building next door. Shops at the foot of the building, and buses only a few minutes walk to the center. I spent 9 nights there! And I would have stayed more there if I could! Come with confidence ☺️💕

Dear Ha, thank you very much for your hospitality and for arranging this last minute. The place looks very nice, comfortable and we really enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the host. The place is very neat and we slept well. In the morning the host provide a nice breakfast, yogurt and fruits and sandwiches, and my son said that he had the best egg sandwich! A very nice touch is the water filtration system - no need for water bottles. All in all, we really enjoyed our short stay and kudos to the hosts on the work they do. I would strongly recommend this place and the hosts.

I had a fantastic stay, the house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Giang was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. I really appreciated the little touches, like fresh sheets and helping me with airport taxi arrangements.

Lien was a very friendly and accommodating host. From our first contact to the end of our stay, Lien was very responsive to any requests and very helpful in arranging everything for our stay, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We couldn't have been happier with her hospitality and generosity! The room itself is lovely, comfortable, spotless, nicely decorated, full of natural light, and perfectly located in a beautiful quiet area, which is surrounded by lots of good food, desserts, cafes, and restaurants. Can’t recommend this place enough!!! Generally, we had such a nice stay in Huong’s place, and it had more than we needed. We felt like at home. We will be recommending her place to any friends or family visiting Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay. Hannah was by far the most responsive host we have ever stayed with, she offered to call our driver to ensure he dropped us off at the right place (we found the place easily). The space was very beautiful and everything worked well. the washer and dryer worked really well, all the appliances seemed brand new. Hannah responded to all questions/concerns very very quickly. Her husband came and showed us the space and how to use the hot water for showers, he was very helpful and friendly as well. The property is ~20 minute grab outside of the busiest parts of hanoi which we liked a lot as it's much quieter than being directly in old town. There are lovely coffee shops a short walk away. The airbnb was very well stocked, filtered water available easily. The rooms are spread over 5 floors which is nice as there's privacy between rooms. The elevator worked really well. A grab into the city costed $4-$6 USD depending on where in the city we went $4 to go into old town

My is a friendly and helpful host. We had a good 2-night stay! Recommended if you need a place around Hung Yen.

Wonderful stay for us 4 days 3 nights. It's like an oasis with food paradise right at the bottom of the building and different coffe houses, restaurants at the opposite side and around; gorgeous green jogging and walking area; convenient for parking. The host is super nice and fast, she can provide all related information you need. Appreciate that she let us use swimming cards for 3 for free. Worth your money!

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .

We had an excellent stay here in the beautiful ecopark with natural surroundings. It was located close enough to the buzz of Hanoi without compromising on peace and quiet. If I had any questions, they were very quickly answered and we were left a lovely souvenir, which was a nice touch. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Anh is the most helpful and responsive Host I have ever had. She will think of solutions to issues that you might run in to before you even get a chance to consider them. The surroundings are very nice for relaxing walks around the neighborhood in some beautiful parks. It is a bit remote, so if you are looking for the bustling vibe of Old Town Hanoi, you won't find that here, but it's only 30min by car (you can take a Grab). The Room was very comfy, with all necessary amenities (including washing machine and kitchen utensils). You can also go to the Rooftop Garden on the 42Floor and get a great view of the surroundings. Will definitely come again next time:)
