It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. One bedroom stone guest house with mountain view

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. There is a sitting area with fireplace and a sofa that sleeps 1-2, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to a private terrace with outdoor shower and sitting area. Upstairs a king size bed with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. A unique place with a style all its own.

The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events .
