Delighted with the house and the views! The spaces are even bigger than the photos, we had a great time, everything very comfortable and top quality, the wonderful beds, the impeccable bathrooms and the beautiful view. I would go one and a thousand times!

This is a very comfortable country house in a quiet area, but close to roads and a sort drive to Oviedo. The host is wonderful ~ very accommodating and helpful. She dhelped us out a lot when we had some Amazon deliveries go astray. The house is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay

We were very comfortable, a very quiet area to disconnect and if you go with a pet you are in a wonderful environment and ideal for them. The little house has everything you need and lots of land. On one of our morning walks inside the estate we saw deer, an unforgettable experience.

Above all thanks to walter for its kindness , the house a 10 I felt like in mine it is a rural style house but it is close to everything I want to say that it is not isolated , I spent a weekend from Saturday to Monday I have no complaints the opposite I had read that if the airport was close and I could hear only 4 planes and normal no extreme noise and the road very close yes but normal car sounding. I give it a 5 on many things if it doesn't come out 5 stars for some reason would be because of the price I think it's a little high for the season, but I just leave this said for a non-critical suggestion each one straight their property as they want. No more, would you stay at Walter's place again? Yes. Aaa my dogs passed it luxury. Thank you Mil

The only sticks the access by car, which is complicated and stayed on a ramp, the parking complicated too, but to say something, the rest is fine.

The house is just as you can see in the photos, a very quiet rural area, ideal for resting and disconnecting. Sergio , the host, super friendly and willing.The even a detail on arrival for us and for our dog ( who finally couldn't come ). Highly recommended.

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

Beautiful house with bags of character and original details, whilst also being very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of space and lots of bits to enjoy. We spent a great week there. Highlight is the BBQ - a really fun way to cook and much more than a usual BBQ. Location is near a small sized town with everything you'll need. It's not a tourist town, but that has it's own charm. Nearby Gijon is a great seaside town. Leon which is about 1.2 hours away is an amazing historic place. The scenery around the area is stunning. Green, hilly and beautiful. Not how you would imagine the Spanish landscape.

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

The owner is very attentive from the first moment, with total availability. The house has been great, we have really enjoyed the pool and they will accept our b***h has been a success. It is very well connected. We won't hesitate to repeat it. Thank you so much for everything Fran.

Victor's place is great, it matches or exceeds the description and expectations. A spacious dream house, surrounded by a huge enclosed garden decorated with a lot of style, with fruit trees and an impeccable real lawn. Faces the sun all day, with a huge pool and terrace that we were able to use in October. My dog spent the whole weekend running around. And Victor is a charming guy... although at first he seems a bit suspicious of the housekeeping, as it should be, during our stay he showed the same interest in making sure everything was fine for us... thank you Victor for everything! Thank you so much for giving us a place to stay... it was a wonderful weekend. Hopefully we have managed to live up to being guests. And we can do it again ;)

we have been in the area for many years renting this type of houses, but the one in Pilar exceeds all length, the impeccable house, the views of the meadows and the sea insuperable, the smell of grass, the smell of the sea, the sound of the waves, the view of the beach from the garden, finally everything is perfect.

The house is not missing anything, the super friendly hosts, for putting some but there was humidity and therefore some giant slugs that we who are from the city left us hallucinated, but it is normal to be in the middle of the mountain... otherwise we saw , wild horses, cows and sheep. Very nice the village and the river . We will return...

We had a wonderful time at Merly and Bruce’s gorgeous house. The house was very clean and tidy. The surroundings are breathtaking and only a few minutes away by car from Villaviciosa. They gave us many great recommendations and were very attentive overall! If you want to cook, remember to bring all that is needed with you, as there is nothing besides cooking instruments (no salt, pepper, oil…). Would highly recommend this amazing place! Many thanks to them.

Our stay was very good! Susi and Casimiro are very attentive hosts, very friendly, always available and very communicative. We were kept a parking space for us and greeted us in person with a cider and miminhos for our cubs. We were given indications of the region and the city of Gijón. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with all the amenities described, comfortable, cozy and very well located, to walk and get to know the city. Gratos for the experience! We recommend it!!

Severino is a charming host, perfectly speaking French, very attentive and very responsive. Functional accommodation, including the essentials for a pleasant quiet stay in a green setting, respectful of nature and animals. I recommend it.
