Holiday rentals with a patio in Gilford

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed at Jude’s place after going to see the ice castles. It was absolutely worth the 40 minute drive to stay in such a beautiful place. The hot tub was our favorite feature, of course, but the entire place was great. There were so many games to play, movies to watch, puzzles to do, etc. We could’ve stayed longer and still had things to keep us entertained there. All around great stay and we would definitely go back when it’s warm as well!

Absolutely amazing! Incredibly comfortable, VERY responsive host, sweet neighbors. Everything in the unit the is new. Plus, it’s quiet and relaxing with great WiFi. I was able to work remotely on video calls without any issues. I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this AirBnB, right on the Rail Trail which was perfect for a few days of cross country skiing and it is also a short walking distance to into town. Although it snowed quite a bit, and the temps were single digits, we were cozy and warm with easy access to our car as the snow was frequently plowed and walkways were shoveled. Ruth’s place has a well stocked kitchen and the bathroom was immaculate. Bed was very comfy. Ruth was quick to respond to questions and communication was great. Will keep this as a favorite for future trips!

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

excellent location for getaways / vacations! very large and fit everything and everyone easily. you get more then what you paid for especially with town being a short 5ish minute drive from the property. Host left easy instructions and made sure to let us k ow to contact her if need be. Will definitely be considering thos property anytime I vacation in NH.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We loved staying at Kyla’s! The views were beautiful. My niece kept walking around saying “this place is beautiful”. It was well lit, plenty warm (we were there in January) and we skated on the lake. Kyla checked in with us after the storm hit ready to plow the drive if necessary. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed! We were there for skiing and would totally come again! So glad we found the place!

We stayed here during a family wedding at a camp on the lake -- it was the perfect location, very peaceful, and fit our family (toddlers and infants included) more than comfortably. Colleen was a great host and extremely responsive to all our questions. Def recommend!

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

Lovely new home. Well stocked and clean. The spacious design integrates the outdoor space and natural surroundings incorporating the areas trees into the overall aesthetic. Host was responsive, good communicator and kindly mailed something we left behind!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee! The lake was stunning, and the surrounding area offered so many activities to enjoy. The accommodations were comfortable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few rainy days, we made the most of our time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. This apartment is lovely! It's very cozy and really felt like a home away from home straight away. Corey, the host, was very responsive to messages, flexible, and extremely helpful on every step of the way. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother and we had everything we needed at the apartment. My stay at 131 Lake St exceeded my expectations on every metric. The space was clean, cozy and comfortable; the location was convenient for practical (groceries, restaurants, etc), recreational (across the street from Paugus Bay, close to Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, Gunstock et al) and professional (35-40 minutes to Concord) purposes; and Kimberly was an outstanding host. I never had a single problem that needed to be dealt with, but it was clear that she would be promptly attentive and helpful if such a situation arose. Highly recommended.

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!

Incredible view from the porch. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Amanda was proactive with communications and responsive. Great stay!
