My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. It was by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at and are definitely planning for more stays in the future. 100/10 recommend.

Was the perfect peaceful getaway that we needed as advertised. Home baked goods made you feel right at home the moment you walked in. The amenities were great and already looking forward to our next stay.

A great house with an excellent setting. Beautiful porch and river view. Comfortable bed and nice, fully equipped kitchen. We loved it.

We had such a wonderful stay. Property was so peaceful and quiet. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. This is one of the most comfortable Airbnb stays we have ever experienced. Perfect size and amenities for our family of 3. We will definitely return and stay longer next time.

Mark was a great host and always very clearly and quickly responded to my messages and inquiries about the property,. He also recommended several local spots to check out which was very much appreciated. The property is gorgeous, spacious, and peaceful which was great for an evening away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Sitting out on the patio with a bottle of wine and some friends was exactly what I wanted and I could not have asked for a better place to do so.

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

We loved our stay at the Gray Cottage. Everything was spotlessly clean. The large bathrooms, showers, and tub were great. Check-in was very simple and Suzanne was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a fun cabin! Very cozy and clean. The hosts were very helpful and flexible. Loved the local recommendations and complementary drinks. This stay was an extra plus being so close to the wineries and a cute chocolate shop. The instructions were accurate in finding the place. Bring cold food or food for toaster oven is best. Beds are super comfy and I appreciated the air purifier! Loved the decor and porch area. Thank y’all for the perfect getaway!

The area was beautiful and just as described.

The moment we entered the property, we knew we were in for a real treat. We accessed the property via an easy to operate gate and there were clear instructions on how to get to the Air bnb. The surrounding area is beautiful with lovely trees. The house was immaculate. Incredibly clean, well layed out and inviting. Everything was provided for cooking and Ashely even stocked the fridge with milk, juice, ice-cream, etc. They also had a welcome tray with snacks and two bottles of wine. Such a lovely touch! We LOVED our stay and hope to return! Thanks Ashley!

We loved ROAM! Beautifully laid out space using the 2 shipping containers. Really nice kitchen (fully equipped) and roof top deck area. She used nice linens, towels, blankets, and robes to complement the 2 bathrooms and bed area. The location is extremely peaceful and secluded from the bustling downtown area of Fredicksburg, however you are only a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants. Can't wait to stay here again

We had a great time at this property! it was far enough off the beaten path to be private yet close enough to all the main attractions of Fredericksburg! the home was clean and well taken care of!

We had a wonderful time at Paula's cottage. After being out all day sightseeing, we looked forward to "coming home." That was the feeling we had when we drove down the drive toward the cottage. Serenity. Welcoming. The cottage is exactly as described. We sat on the back patio and soaked up the calm and were treated to watching deer with their fawns in the area behind the house as well as Buttercup, Paula's horse. The swing on the front porch was also great as we watched the hummingbirds flick around and everywhere there are flowers - in the ground, in pots, etc. Inside the house it was immaculate and so many interesting items of history to fill your mind. Great sleeping. I only hope on our next trip to Fredericksburg, the cottage will be available again for our use. Merrie and Ali Garland/Dallas, Texas

Very great stay for us 5 girls for a weekend get away. The house was beautiful and we loved sitting outside and seeing all the deers in the morning. Not super far from downtown and was nice and quiet neighborhood.

This was a great place to meet up with our family and just the amount of space we all needed. The house has all the comforts of home and is well kept!

Monica is a lovely host and her family's ranch is the perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet, yet still be near all the wineries and Fredericksburg. The location was perfect. The house is an old farmhouse but it was clean, full of charm and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked so you can cook (or not), and the homemade breakfast treats were amazing.

Great location for a girl’s trip! The space couldn’t be cuter and the huge bathroom was a big bonus! We enjoyed a cup of tea on the porch while watching the sunset and it felt like the perfect end to the day. Would definitely come back and stay again!

A beautiful quaint, clean cabin located on spacious property, quiet and peaceful. The star gazing a night is amazing. This is a wonderful place to take a step away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The animals are definitely an added bonus and super friendly. Spencer is such a great host, he is responsive and goes above and beyond when addressing anything issues that may arise. I was blow away with the detail when he provided us happenings what’s happening around hill country during our stay and he provided excellent recommendations on places to check out especially if you like live music. Great stay!

Very close to Fredericksburg proper, within an easy 10 - 20 minute drive of everything. Very spacious home.

This was our 3rd time to stay on the property (2nd time in Bluebonnet House) and just WOW, we love it here SO MUCH! It’s the most charming and peaceful place in all of Fredericksburg in our opinion! We are already planning our next visit bc we could never grow tired of our time spent here. Melissa is truly the greatest host to ever host ❤️

My wife and I stayed at Jubilee Haus for a month in February 2025. it was our forth winter in Fredericksburg and this house was by far the best. The house is spacious and comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The screened in porch is awesome as is the hot tub. It's private yet close enough to town to be anywhere in Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. There are deer and farm animals visible up and down the road along the Pedernales River. Meghan and John we wonderful hosts, always checking on us, we felt like family. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing visit to Fredericksburg. We loved everything about Jubilee Haus! Ten out of Ten! Amazing!

The space was pleasant and quiet, with a nice space to sit outside and relax. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location for all your 290 wine adventures!
