Full kitchen with brand new appliances, Bathroom (shower only), and a living room. This rental is perfect for 1-4 people. One parking spot right on the property. A perfect place for all your Hampton Beach memories to be made!

Low tide accessible beach but it’s rocky before you hit the sand. one SMALL (under 25 lbs)dog ok...perfect for couples or a small family . No parties or loud noise.
