The place was fantastic. The host was even more fantastic. I would go there just to visit with Erik again. Such a cozy place!!

This was one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is right here on the property. See it’s listed for sale which makes me sad because this was our first time and we already can’t wait to go back 10/10 stay couldn’t ask for anything better great property!!

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Very satisfied and a wonderful anniversary getaway

Our stay at Camp Manatee was everything we hoped for. The home was pristine and looked just like the pictures.. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. It felt as if we were at a cabin in Georgia, NC, or TN. The host was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and the added special touches in honor of my birthday were very sweet and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning. Thank you!

My Father-in-law was looking for a pace to ride out the hurricane in Florida. Eric did a great job of being a host as well as a friend. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying with Niladri within the last year. It was as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as before. We last came in the fall previously and it was chilly, this time warmer and we had to utilize the AC units to sleep at night - kept us plenty cool and comfortable at nights We enjoyed cooking over the campfires, love the outdoor shower, and got to wear our pups out. We visited some new to us local springs and enjoy how close it is to access them but also enjoy the privacy of this place. We rented all three studio cabins for a birthday celebration and it was fun to have the whole area to ourselves this visit. She is a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for another wonderful weekend!

So thankful for Geoffrey’s quick responses and flexibility! This was hands down the easiest stay I’ve ever had with an Airbnb. Worth every cent! The hot tub and backyard area was definitely a highlight.

Very private and peaceful for our group of friends! Great TV, wi-fi, hottub -- all the amenities you'd expect from somewhere in the city, without any of the noise and neighbors. An awesome find! Would definitely recommend :)

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and cool house looked just like the photos. We enjoyed our 3 nights. If we had needed anything I’m certain it would have been addressed- but everything was just as described.

Plan accordingly. Screened in walls but very sealed up. No issues with bugs. Weather was perfect for our stay. You will need your own pillows and blankets and electric fans during the warmer months. It rained a little during our stay and the sound of the rain on the roof and sounds of nature were very peaceful. We wish we would have booked a longer stay.

The well was a great experience, I recommend it, my children really enjoyed it, they played in the park, we made a bonfire, we walked and relaxed, the place is beautiful, we want to go again!!!

What a beautiful place! It more than met our expectations. Sitting on the back porch watching the Heron in the pond and seeing the deer come out at night was a plus. Such a pleasure to stay in such a nice place and have a wonderful experience…

Really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shack! Gwen was an amazing host. Loved cabin’s location on the river- on which we took out our paddle boards. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is really great. If you think your dogs wont dig though, they probably will lol the property seems mostly fenced all around so our dogs actually stayed in the yard & listened well. The house is perfectly kept and the rugs help so much with the sand. The house is close to Ginnie Springs, Ichetucknee, & many others. We ate at the Wash, Chompers & Sandy Point restaurants, they were all great chompers being the best actually. Bed slept fine for us, and the couch. Water pressure is great for the shower and AC is probably best youll ever find in a house. Great big porch & lots of room for gathering. We will be bath to visit the other springs!

My husband and son loved it! Everything was perfect for their fishing trip! They hope to go back soon.

Incredible host, incredible property, and such a peaceful, clean, everything you need abode. That bathtub is A++. Aleksey is so kind and accommodating. We will be back and cannot recommend this space enough!

We booked Jessica's Cabin for our kids who needed shelter from a hurricane. Jessica was extremely responsive to our questions and immediately accepted our request to book her cabin. While we didn't stay in the cabin ourselves, we heard that it was quaint and, given the circumstances, a lovely place to stay.

Very beautiful location it was a five-star all the way they are definitely super hosts and the home is extremely clean you will never regret going to their home it is a awesome awesome place

What a great little cabin. We loved everything's about it.. Deer in the backyard in the morning, little lizzards fighting it out on the banisters.. lol. It was truly great.

We had a great stay in Alfonso's Airbnb! Such a beautiful piece of land, very peaceful, with some fenced in pigs, chickens, and roosters as "neighbors" which were an added bonus! The house itself was beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for a staycation with friends. I saw in other reviews that they had challenges with figuring out the shower, but Alfonso was quick at answering our questions and the shower worked fine for us after following his instructions. Something I knew from other reviews was that many of the beds are bunk beds in a loft space, which worked well for our group, and there are 2 bedrooms. Also, you pull down a sandy drive to get to the home which was not a problem for our cars, but important to know so you're confident that you're in the right place! Overall, 10/10 experience if you're looking for a beautiful place to spend time in with a big group.
