Apartment holiday rentals in Gisborne District

Candice and David apartment was top notch, very clean and had the personal touches of been at home. Very convenient to the Gisborne CBD and local beaches. Ideal for a family of four or two couples. We would definitely stay again, Candice and David extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay.

It is a good place to stay. It is within walking distance to Countdown and Pac and Save is just 3 minutes walking distance. The unit itself is quite nice with new aluminium joinery (windows) We found that the heat pump appeared to have been out of gas and could not cool the room at all. (needs attention) They have had extensive renovations, but it still has an "old feel" to the house. Wooden joinery and entrance doors and wooden trims show "a lot of life" but overall a pretty good place. The kitchen has all that you need and is modern. I imagine the street gets quite busy, but we did not notice the noise. There was great communication from the owners. It would be a place we would stay in again as I felt the price was fair in today's market. I would have given 5 stars to everything bar the heat pump.

This is a fabulous apartment, spacious open layout with the most incredible views. It is spotlessly clean and Geraldine was a very responsive and welcoming host.

The lower storey apartment (under the main house) is spacious, well fitted out and has the most stunning coastal view from its kitchen window and surrounds. It's peacefu and very comfortablel. Stan was very helpful and friendly while not intrusive. it was such a pleasure to stay there.

10/10 booking and check in process using a lockbox system. Lovely clean apartment in a hotel complex with special linen, consumables, cooking facilities, heavy curtains - overall a hotel feel without the admin at an excellent price!

Extremely clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay, with lovely linen. Place on the grounds of hosts property, small outdoor area with trallis for separation.
