Etay’s place is located in a great spot in Tel Aviv - 2 blocks from the beach and only a few minutes walk away from the Shuk. The unit itself is basic and the kitchen/bedroom are slightly outdated, but clean and comfortable. Would recommend for those looking for a no-frills place in Tel Aviv but seeking an excellent location, including a balcony either stunning beach view!

From moment of booking throughout my entire stay, which I ended up extending, Jonathan was a super host!!! The apartment is just as it looks in the photos with very comfortable bedding and furniture. Everything you need is easily available and Jonathan’s apartment and friendly assistance exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be staying at this apartment again and you should too!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this pristine and sunny apartment, located in the pulsating heart of Tel Aviv. Bathed in ample natural light, the space was not only immaculate but also exuded a welcoming atmosphere. The high ceilings were a highlight, amplifying the sense of spaciousness and freedom in the unit. The apartment came fully equipped with every amenity, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. This included a modern kitchen, plush furnishings, and high-speed internet – all attentively chosen to accommodate guests' needs. The building's central location was truly a standout. It allowed for easy access to a wealth of amenities - from diverse dining options to trendy shopping locales, and rich cultural spots. The sense of security offered by the well-maintained building was an added bonus, making my stay both convenient and comforting. Without a doubt, I'd love to revisit this delightful gem in the center of Tel Aviv.

Gabriel’s apartment was fantastic for our needs. 5 of us stayed there for nearly 2 weeks- it was very spacious, extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need & Gabriel told us that we could use everything that was in the apartment such as food, bathroom supplies etc which was fantastic. The location is excellent; a quiet area yet close in walking distance to the port & beach, to the Yarkon park & to the city. Gabriel was very friendly, helpful & responsive. I definitely recommend his place.

Anat is a wonderful and friendly host who was very responsive to all my questions. Her place is clean and wonderful to stay in as well as a very good location for visiting Tel Aviv and IDC. I would highly recommend staying here with your whole family if you are visiting anyone in the area.

Must say I got an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere exudes elegance and thinking about every detail. The hosts demonstrated a high level of service, kindness, and attention, which made the stay a particularly pleasant experience. A place that combines high standards with a sense of home!

The apartment is big spacious. Very well furnished with a well stocked kitchen and multiple towels for the house and for the beach. The pool is very nice and not crowded even in August and the beach is great and very close. Dedicated parking for two cars was very good to have in this area. Lionel was very helpful. He communicated frequently explained everything in the apartment and the area. When we needed something tablets for the dish washer he came especially to the apartment to bring some. We had a great experience and would love to come again

Perfect stay for a couple. Tomer was extremely easy to deal with. His apartment is ready for you to just go and enjoy. It is unbelievable all the little extras he leaves for his guests. The area is beautiful and the short walk to the beach is so easy. Look forward to going again

We absolutely loved it. Easy to find and get into with electronic locks so no need to worry about keys. A block from the beach. In the other direction a few blocks from the Carmel market and restaurants and bars and everything. It was clean and comfortable and excellent

Great place! Te apartment is very clean and nice With homely atmosphere.. The apartment has everything you need for stay. 4 minutes by walk to the beach and for many restaurants and cafes. Heated pool is great I will come back for sure

The apartment is very clean and lovely. Perfect for families. The view is one of the best in Tel Aviv. A large terrace allows you to spend a lot of time there. I will definitely return to the apartment again. 5 starts for everything.👍 ⭐️

wow... we went kn family trip to tel aviv for 10 days..and this was the best decision we could make. the location is amazing...very happening, great restaurants and bars, never tzedek and the area is gorgeous to walk around...lots of parks for the kids. the beach is 15 min walk...the markets and the shuk. Jaffa is around the corner, and Rotcbild or Florentine are just few moments to walk. the apartment is amazing, the building is safe and very convenient. the pool, the gym, and the parking spot are a massive perk. Karen was amazing and super responsive. I would definitely come back with my family. thank you Karen. cheers!
