Incredibly charming guesthouse hosted by a very sweet and caring family who go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The views of the castle are just incredible, and the setting super tranquil and peaceful. The bountiful, home-made breakfast was a truly special experience. It fed me for the entire day! Overall, a magical and unique experience.

Perhaps the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Already the location is beautiful, clean and affordable, but the hosts really went the extra mile to help us with anything.

Maritza is an outstanding host. She has been proactive in constant contact with us. She offered lunch on the first morning and gifts for the Passover. She told us the right places to eat and the best places to visit. We highly recommend this place to discover. Thank you for everything🩵💗💚

The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for our family. There was a balcony with a beautiful view of the castle and old town. Everything was spotless. Fotaq was flexible and friendly. The apartment was in the new town, so a little further away from the old town but with a car it was easy to get to and with more time it would be walkable.

I cannot give a higher recommendation for both Flamur and his property - the ancient (but modern) apartment is something that is incomparable - a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Waling the polished stone walkways to explore the church and the castle were memorable. Living inside an ancient relic of the past was a spiritual experience; having modern amenities as "creature comforts" was but icing on the cake. Everything you could need/want was contained within these walls - from the full kitchen to the spacious living/sleeping quarters/large bath - there are lots of puzzles & games to keep everyone entertained, and even a guitar! I marveled at how Flamur how expertly designed/remodeled the interior of the space to transform it into a modern property. I would like to comment of Flamur's hospitality - going above & beyond, to help is when we discovered a flat tire (AFTER we had checked out). He led us to a local mechanic who repaired our tire & jumped the car when it failed to start.

superb experience at Arben's! host and family of extreme kindness, the mother even prepared us bureks! clean, spacious and pleasant accommodation, view of gjirokaster, very close on foot or by car. Balcony to eat or drink aperitivo outside.. possibility to park the car in the enclosed courtyard. Everything for a cook, to hang laundry We loved the city and the place we booked one more night!! If we come back to gjirokaster, we will definitely come back to their lovely house!! Thank you very much

We were superbly welcomed by Lukas and her parents. The accommodation does not include a kitchen, Lukas' parents bring us breakfast at the time we want. They are extremely kind. Lukas has always been there to guide us and answer our questions. The accommodation is well located, close to the bazaar and castle. We had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend
