The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

This home was nicely updated and immaculate. Comfortable stay for my brother and I, easy check-in. Location was a bit off the grid (I prefer center of the city), but area was tidy and peaceful.

This is a very charming place! We originally wanted one of Shannon's other properties, but waited too long and it booked. Shannon then suggested her other locations and we picked this, so nice! In warmer months, would be a fairly easy walk to downtown where they're was plenty to do. The upstairs of the duplex was good for 4 of us girls and managed with the one, beautiful bathroom. Shannon was very responsive when messaging and would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay and hope we get back to Bay City so we can come back. In town for a bowling tournament and we had both main floor suites and it was perfect for us. The sitting room, with its huge TV, was a great place for our group to hang out after a day of bowling. The dining room chairs made our nightly cribbage games extra comfy. Beds were great! The housecoats were a thoughtful touch. If you are looking for a memorable location with tons of character and special touches this is your spot!

This is my second stay at this home and just like last time it was perfect. Great location and very comfortable. Will be coming back again.

What a fantastic find! The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and the owner Lori promptly return our messages. The house was convenient for us, as it was located down the road from our son’s home. We would definitely love to stay here again.

My groups stay during the weekend was everything. The place was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Our hosts did a great job answering all of our questions and they were there to help us with the hot tub, using the grill, and everything that we needed. The reality of the place was way better than the pictures. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again!

We were very grateful for such a beautiful place to stay! It was our wedding weekend and this was the perfect place as it was very peaceful and the bunkhouse was perfect for more places to stay!

Booked a stay for a relaxed girls weekend at Camp Rodek and we had an excellent time! The cabin is beautifully done with a good mix of modern amenities and rustic charm. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the screened in porch looking out over the lake, cozying up on the comfy couches, and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows around the fire pit - we definitely appreciated the provided roasting sticks! There was a beautiful view of the stars on a cold and clear night. All in all it was the perfect place to spend a fall weekend with friends.

Home away from home! Truly! I was in town in business. So it was a convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. I really enjoyed visiting Cheryl's residence. She is friendly, hospitable, the home was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed. I especially lived her company and her pumkin nut bread was delicious.
