Incredible ocean front!! Best beach spot weve ever had!

Stunning ocean views and comfortable, fully equipped home. So many thoughtful details and beautifully appointed. Highly recommend. Usually we had the entire beach all to ourselves . Great weather too!

We have stayed at rentals around the world, and Tina’s place was one of the best. Great location and great views just like the pictures, but the thing that stood out was how well appointed the home was. It truly felt like you were in your own home while also on vacation. Tina was a responsive host, extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!!!

Richard's place was great. Quiet place right on the bay. We had a great stay in Lincoln City and would definitely return to Richard's place again.

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at the Pacific Pearl. House was big and roomy with an ocean view. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Nice to have 2 living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs. Garage was fun with pingpong and foosball.

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Everything was just spot-on: the stylish and cozy vibes, sparkling clean space, and an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The view? Oh my gosh, the panoramic ocean view was absolutely stunning—we couldn’t stop staring at the waves! The host was a total rockstar, always quick to respond and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed, which made our trip so smooth and stress-free. Every detail was thought of: comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, you name it! The location was awesome—close to everything but still super peaceful. We’re already counting the days until we can come back! Huge thanks for making our family getaway so unforgettable—this place is a total gem! ❤️

Wow, wow, wow. The space was perfect for our stay. The view was incredible, the pictures hardly even do it justice. They thought of everything, every convenience.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

The stay was wonderful and super cozy. The couch was so comfortable and made socializing feel more like home. I’d stay there again. 😊

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and our family would be happy to return. The location is excellent and we enjoyed waking to the beach, restaurants and nearby dunes.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

Cindy's place was absolutely worth every dollar. Very clean, close to the beach, deer in the yard that seemed to enjoy our campfire. Its a beautiful house right next to the beach and right by downtown lincoln city and chinook winds casino
