Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Gloucester County

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

Great location and nice accommodations. It’s very close to a number of venues, restaurants, and sites. Courtney was responsive and friendly. Side note for future guests: this is an apartment building so there is a bit of a process to getting the door and garage fobs because access to the building is controlled. The parking spot is for a compact vehicle so getting in and out can be tricky.

Michael and Elizabeth are amazing hosts with a beautiful space. I loved their place and everything was in excellent condition. Although we came to Philly for work and pleasure within the city, we spent quality time in their space because it was cozy and safe. I highly recommend their place, which comes with a convenient reserved parking spot (parking is difficult to find in Philly!), to anyone needing to stay near Center City or Temple University / North Philly. I will try to book with them again.

Had a good time at this Airbnb. The host was accommodating and regularly checked in to make sure our stay was good. Easy to follow instructions on how to get into the unit and parking right outside. I would recommend!

What a great find! Rare to find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the parking spot was one of the reasons I chose this place and I’m so glad I did. It was quiet inside, probably thanks in part to the 24-hour security on-site. I never made it to the gym but I’m sure it was nice.

We had an awesome stay at 1100 Broad St! We felt very safe with a gated garage spot and a 24 hour security guard in addition to cameras surrounding the property. The area felt safe enough that I could send the boys across the street to Target without worry. My husband had a concern about something and the security guard addressed it immediately. My teenage grandsons loved the basketball court! I have mobility issues and was able to navigate the space easily with my walker. We had to travel to other parts of the area and the location was easy to navigate from. The apartment itself felt very homey. COMFORTABLE beds!! I can imagine that no windows may be less than desirable for the spring or summer, but it made for a cozy winter stay. Liz was right on top of two maintenance issues that arose and the maintenance staff at the building were great- polite, friendly, and quick. All of the appliances were clean and in perfect working order. I would highly recommend a stay at 1100 Broad St!

Nikhil is a wonderful host. He’s understanding, responsive and so caring. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb where the host has so much care and attention to detail. Everything you need is provided - snacks, water, a variety of different shampoos/conditioners/soaps, stain removing solutions/wipes, floss, perfumes, colognes, lotions, games, exercise equipment, steamers, irons, detergent, make up removing wipes - literally everything! All drawers and light switches are also nicely labeled which is so helpful. Overall - great, fully stocked Airbnb with parking. Also definitely appreciated the heated floors in the bathrooms along with the awesome shower head!

Ryan was an outstanding host! Very responsive and accommodating! Will definitely stay at his place again and recommending him to anyone that will be in Philly!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

This place is awesome! It’s right in Passyunk, close to Broad Street Line and super easy to get to from Amtrak at 30th Street Station and Sports Complex.

Would definitely recommend. Very spacious and peaceful. The house had everything we needed and more. Also, please don’t let the noise ordinance scare you lol. At night it’s very quiet neighborhood so it’s completely understandable. The amenities were awesome

We were very comfortable in Rod’s home. It was convenient to everything. Loved being able to walk places and having a place to park. Everything in the house is very nice, comfortable beds and space to spread out. One of our favorite stays we’ve had.
