Great place to operate out of for a fishing weekend.

We had an amazing time staying here. We had everything we needed, there were no hidden fees or surprises. Everything was communicated well and the price was really reasonable! We will be staying here again!! Thank you Bianka!

We enjoyed ourselves. We traveled for our anniversary and had a peaceful relaxing time. We enjoyed sitting under the pergola, despite the cooler ocean breeze- it's November after all- we watched the sunrise and had morning coffee while watching the water. The space was VERY clean and comfortable. Host took care of a beeping smoke detector in another unit for us and informed when there might be noises upstairs. I appreciated that extra communication. Host informed of issue with jacuzzi in advance with his apologies. Again, appreciated!

It was our first family trip to Williamsburg. Bianka reached out immediately upon booking. Checking in was smooth. We arrived nearly an hour and a half before check in and the front staff invited us to check in early. We enjoyed a couple of our days at busch gardens and water country. But was able to have a couple lazy days lounging by the pools with the kids while we enjoyed a few adult slushies from the cabana. With the kids park, putt putt, the pool's, and other activites there was always something to do. The beds were comfortable enough and the amount of time the housekeeping spent on keeping things clean was evident. Overall great affordable place to stay. Will stay here again our next visit.

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

My sister and I had a very restful time here. The place was spacious, with beautiful outdoor views. We were provided with everything we might need and more. I wish we had had more people with us to enjoy the many options available here for relaxing; sitting outside, watching movies, and enjoying evenings by the fireplace. Anne was very gracious and informative. We certainly felt right at home. I would recommend this to anyone who was visiting the area and wanted a secluded and beautiful space to share.

The area was gorgeous with alot of wildlife - we saw an Eagle, Blue Heron, sting ray, blue crabs, fish, fiddler crabs, tons of birds and even a Hummingbird. Loved having a beachy area so close. I do wish there was a swimming area on the large bay side or a way to get in the water and get out. Granite you can just jump from the dock i suppose but I wasn’t sure how would get out without a ladder. A ladder on the dock or a small bridge over the rock bank would be lovely. The cove side had somewhat mucky bottom further you went and am not a fan of that on my feet. But again loved all the scenery, sounds and wildlife.

Amy and Andy are excellent hosts! I had so much fun. I was just a little disappointed in the wi-fi/internet connection but Andy is doing his best to correct it. This is my second time staying here and I will be coming back! I highly recommend it!

This was our second stay and it was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were the best part and so comfortable. A beautiful view and private beach area. And Ashley is a very responsive and helpful host. We will definitely consider staying here again.

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! Chip-Marie’s place is very spacious, comfortable, and has a view “to die for” from the front sitting room. The sunsets were spectacular!!! Cozy fireplace to keep you warm on cold nights. And a well-stocked kitchen to prepare any kind of meal. Marie was super friendly and a wonderful Airbnb Host. Highly recommend to future guests.

I stayed at Meg's beautiful home with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend in Deltaville, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay during such a special time. Meg was so kind and responsive, providing helpful local recommendations and detailed instructions for the house. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and her hospitality made my wedding weekend even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Meg!

This home is fantastic! It’s beautifully updated, very clean, and fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway. The view is beautiful, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the boat dock. The host was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable about the area. He even went above and beyond to research which restaurants would be open during the off-season, which was greatly appreciated. My husband and I are already looking forward to booking another weekend here this winter. Highly recommend this lovely home!

The cottage is right on the river and was very welcoming. The cottage was clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer were very handy. Definitely will visit again.

Hands down - this is one of the best experiences my family and I have ever had in booking an airbnb. Home was beautiful (much larger than the photos depict!). My 3 and 1 year old girls had an absolute blast, and they even had a high chair and pack and play brought in for us ahead of our approved early arrival. My husband is deployed in VA and it made everything so much easier. The view was gorgeous and we had everything we needed. I even got a relaxing bath in the master bathroom! Thank you so much for the quick responses, early check-in and welcoming stay. Truly made my week!

Robert’s place was such a comfortable, welcoming place for my family to stay - I just wish we’d had more time to enjoy the space and all the amenities. It’s a very spacious 2br apt, with everything we needed plus a very helpful staff on hand. Would definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

Our visit was complete because we had an awesome and responsive host, Lynn. The airbnb was perfect and close to all our planned events. We were also able to get recommendations to restaurants and spas near by from host prior to our stay. Highly recommend and will be looking to rent stays here in the future.

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.

Great location -- Really easy drive to Colonial Williamsburg and literally at the entrance to Busch Gardens. Great space for a family of 4 but easily could have accommodate a couple more. Jared was proactive with his communication and we had no trouble checking in, even arriving late at night. Would stay here again.

I have stayed with this host several times, she is always so kind and accommodating! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our short trip to participate in a local running event in Colonial Williamsburg. The condo was spotless and had plenty of amenities! Our host was flexible with our check in and out to accommodate our race plans!
