Our group of friends had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home! The house was equipped with everything we needed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was fantastic—so easy to communicate with and very welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding area was breathtakingly beautiful, offering picturesque views and a peaceful atmosphere. To top it all off, there is a horse farm, which was such a unique and memorable experience for all of us. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect escape. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

We loved staying in Lutek and had a delightful time. Our dog enjoyed running around in the garden and the nearby lake is magnificent. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect and everyone who is looking for a calm and peaceful time out. We'll definitely be back!

Modern cottages with private hot tub

The house have a great location. The really huge lake is within 4 minutes walking distance. Since motorboats are not allowed on the lake, it is ideal for water sports, on for children. The house has good amenities and is modern. The outdoor area is well designed - covered seating, fireplace, barbecue all available. The absolute crowning glory is of course the heated outdoor jacuzzi! We highly recommend it! We will be happy to come back!

We had the most glorious stay in this gorgeous lake house - my children didn't want to leave and we wished we had booked much longer (we would like to come back again in the winter). The house is beautifully furnished, comfortable for large groups and set in such peaceful surroundings. Marzena and Artur - thank you so much for letting us stay, your flexibility and those delicious welcome Polish pastries!!!!

Very good contact, very efficient and trouble-free accommodation. We could bring dogs with us, which is a very big plus :) nearby a small plaza perfect for a quick chilling. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Cottage comfortable, clean and complete, everything in place so very comfortable conditions for making yourself a longer weekend :)

Beautiful modern home in a charming place. Lots of trails for walking, not far from the lake. Close to Szczytno, where there are also many attractions. Not far from Mrągowo and Leśniczówka Laundry. All of these places are worth a visit. Host very friendly great communication is responsive and helpful. We had a great time here. I highly recommend

Our stay was wonderful! The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The private courtyard is a great space to relax in, and the lake is just a few minutes walk away, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. I would be happy to return here and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped retreat close to nature. P.S. Don’t believe the pictures—the place is even better in person!

If you absolutely switch off and just enjoy the peace and nature, you can admire the starry sky while you are in the hot tub... this is the place! Very dear hosts who welcomed us with a warm yeast braid. For two adults an absolutely suitable place to relax! You can't be afraid of forests and fields at night:-) And we were allowed to use the entire day of departure! Thank you.

A great place to catch some breath and relax. A very spacious house with a beautiful view of the forest, with a solid fence, which was very important to us because of our pet ;). A great neighborhood to hang out on the lake, or as a starting point for biking. Mr. Przemek is very communicative and helpful soon. In the first day, we had no electricity (there was a storm through the neighborhood and cut off the entire area from electricity), but the host offered us a refund of some of the costs for the stay, which compensated us for the inconvenience.

We had a brilliant stay here with family over New Year! The house and the barn are perfect for families, our young kids enjoyed the walks, the beds and the toys thoughtfully supplied by the host. Loved the rustic linens and wood decor. We would definitely come back, perhaps in the summer, but the serenity of the location in winter was also great - you can walk straight out into small woods and spot deer. The host was super responsive whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation.

This place has fulfilled everything we could have asked for and even more. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Kasia is the place to be! We did not expect such a great, clean and lovingly prepared accommodation. Everything we needed was there and our host provided us with everything we needed. It was a perfect vacation! Great place in the middle of the forest, close to the shoreline with the beach. The house is clean, well-equipped, the garden and the view of the forest crowns is the best feature :) The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for a city-break with friends or family. Owner very nice and nice :)
