Family-friendly holiday rentals in Goa

Had a great stay with family of 8 people. Property is exactly like described. All amenities were operational. Prem was responsive person and supported to all our queries. Caretaker Pratap was excellent person took care of our all requests all the time. Villa was worth money and honestly we did not want to leave so early. I personally vouch for this property if you are looking for stay near Miranar.

Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

It's a family holiday trip with my mom and son. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a very quality time. The place is very calm and cozy which was very needed by us. The room is well equipped with everything necessary kitchen items and well facility washroom. The host is very humble and polite. Apart from beach adventure, if anyone wants to enjoy greenary, calm and cozy time then this is the right place to choose away from all city noise and hassle. Will surely recommend. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

Harry & Tanna's place was perfect for my stay. The place has security and ample parking and it was very convenient. Harry was very proactive about communicating and responding very promptly. I had a peaceful stay, with no issues. The unit was spacious and had a little sit-out area which was very nice. Overall, it was good and would definitely stay there again.

This was a lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need even down to washing detergent etc. The gardens & complex area were clean & tidy & the pool was very clean. The complex is gated with a security guard so is safe & secure. Guarav kept us informed of any problems in the complex & responded to us quickly if we asked anything. You do have to do your own cleaning & bedding wash but there is a girl there who will do it for 500 rupees. It is a little out of the way for the bars restaurant s & beach but no problem for people a little fitter than ourselves & taxis were very cheap. Would definitely stay again & will have no hesitation in recommending to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb villa in Candolim! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to all major attractions. Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

Rupesh came to our rescue when we weren't able to find another place due to a mix-up with the previous host. He helped us with the last minute booking at a fairly reasonable price. My stay at Rupesh's place was amazing. He is super friendly and always responsive. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. They have a well stocked kitchen, smart televisions in both bedrooms. Hi speed Internet allows you to work from home uninterrupted if required. Caretaker Mr. Nasir gladly helped us with the laundry and housekeeping. There are many popular restaurants/bars in the vicinity. Vagator beach is around 10 kilometres away. The building complex also houses a swimming pool. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandeeps place. The property was cleaned regularly and the caretaker, Manisha Didi, was extremely helpful. The rooms were great and common areas are a great place to hang out.
