The place has been super careful, I love that it has details like a Bluetooth speaker, teles con fire tv, there is also a nice view and supermarket nearby. The place was spotless, and Alberto was always quick to answer and resolve. Definitely worth it.

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular! The property is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful private pool and plenty of space to accommodate our group of 5 adults and two children perfectly. Every detail of the house was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and relaxation. Shell, the host, was beyond amazing—truly one of the most accommodating and caring hosts we’ve ever had. From the moment we booked, Shell made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself felt like a paradise, and it was the perfect place for us to make unforgettable memories. We were blown away by how well everything was maintained and the peaceful atmosphere of the property. We can’t recommend this place enough. It was truly a dream, and we can’t wait to come back! The other guests and I had a great time at Zeidas. She was very helpful and Yorling the housekeeper was so nice and did a great job keeping up the house. Pool nights were great with the heated pool and view from the patio was beautiful and we brought in the new year overlooking the city and watched the fireworks go up. All in all a great place to stay and worth it. Thanks for the memories and hospitality

We had an amazing stay at Francisco’s condo, which truly became our second home for two weeks! The space was perfect for our family, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The neighborhood was safe, peaceful, and beautiful, and my daughter especially loved spending time at the pool. While we spent much of our trip visiting family nearby, we cherished our mornings walking to the local market or Moose Coffee and having the condo as a welcoming home base to return to. Francisco was incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready with helpful suggestions and guidance whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this condo and would book again without hesitation!

This is probly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The host was the most responsive and helpful. The house has a bathroom for each bedroom, with plenty of towels and bedding , and this suited our party of 9 great. The neighborhood is super safe, there is ac in each room, and there was space for even more people. This bnb could house 12-15 people easily. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 3 miles. SJO airport is 35 minutes away. This bnb is better than most homes in the states. The private pool is excellent and the outdoor space is nice. Saw parrots right from the back yard. Bismarck the house guard/handy man is excellent. This is the bnb to stay in if you are staying in San Jose/Santa Ana area.

Rocio place was amazing private comfortable and enjoyable great to have a peaceful stay in San Jose. Love the trees in the house and all the windows. I will definitely booked again in my next trip.

Arleen’s house was amazing, even better than the photos. The house was large and comfortable. It was well stocked and easy to feel right at home. The garden & patio were beautiful and really made the home unique. It was so private & peaceful. Good location, with easy access to anywhere. Walking distance to good restaurants & Barrio Escalante. Communication with Arleen was always smooth & easy. She was very proactive & made sure I had all the information I needed for a great trip. 100% would recommend staying here!

We stayed for about a month and the house fit our needs well.The property and neighborhood felt safe. The back garden is private. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. We used the toaster oven because it worked better than the stove oven. There was grocery shopping and a park with workout equipment nearby. Marcela was very responsive whenever an issue arose which was much appreciated.
