The design loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for private use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. Bakeries and restaurants in the village are within walking distance of the sea. Bathing lakes (Chiemsee, etc.) bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door

The "Köcken" farm is a farmhouse of the Moser family. The village center is minutes away by car and the property has great views of a mountain panorama. Due to the many rooms, the large room and the cozy atmosphere, it is well suited for families, larger groups and also for pets. Welcome to the apartment Kronbichler ! Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the Oberndorf district in Ebbs. The nearest bus stop as well as a very good Tyrolean tavern can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful nature lakes and cycling trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. The ski world "Wilder Kaiser" is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via its own, separate entrance.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
