Hotel holiday rentals in Gold Coast

Colleen was very a very responsive host. After booking, response time was about 5-10 minutes, so it was very helpful to plan the trip and got all the questions answered. The place was like in the pictures, all clear instructions were provided and we could call it home for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend to stay and enjoy the weather, place and Florida in full!

Family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Jens. They were extremely responsive. Looks just like the pictures and had lots of thoughtful extras to make your stay a breeze. Multiples of hotel/sample size shampoos, soaps, etc. plus a travel shaving kit, coffee for the coffee pot, goggles, beach toys, Bluetooth speaker, lots of plug ins, a hair dryer and diffuser, racks to hang your things, and more. The building is outdated but the location is amazing and the room itself is modern and fresh. The building has a lot of little shops including coffee/convenience stores, a car/boat rental place, a beachy souvenir shop, a bike rental shop, the bath house, and more. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was fine. Nothing special, a little overpriced if you're not used to paying for waters and pop refills but it wasn't outrageous. The pool-side restaurant was very reasonably priced, friendly, and generous. I door dashed groceries and breakfast a couple times with no issues. We loved our stay!Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

The apartment location is very good! The communication with Leo was great. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place by the Hallandale beach.

Really great spot to stay! Clean and modern room, great beach area and pool, and suuuuuper friendly people! I would recommend this place over and over if you want to stay somewhere where you can get some sun and easily walk into town to get dinner/drinks/etc!

This apartment was well equipped, very clean and perfect for my three day conference. It’s attached to the hotel and all of the amenities such as room service and beach/pool access are available just as for hotel guests. Jorge reached out soon after I arrived to make sure all was well.

Nice place for a quick rest in Miami. Really enjoyed it and got the rest I needed. Hope for repeat visits

Great location with close access to the beach. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it. Decor was cute and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

It was so beautiful, I would recommend for college kids because of the pool and there were multiple days of people having parties by the pool, but it was very fun! The pool was clean and heated. The only negative thing was we found about 3 cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. Other than that, no complaints.

Deanna, was an excellent host! She always responded within minutes of any questions and was very helpful. The entire staff was very friendly from check in to check out. The lobby, pool, elevators, and hallways were always clean. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft and clean. I was very impressed with my entire stay! I highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Grayson. The hotel had great accommodations and amenities. We were at first a little surprised by the resort fee but the amenities that came with it (gym, pool, bike rentals, beach club access) were well worth the price. Everyone was so helpful and made the trip seamless. Would recommend to others visiting the area!

2b/1.5ba unit worked fine for our group of 4 for a weekend stay. Host was extremely responsive. Good location accessible to many parts of Miami, but it is downtown, so just be aware and understand you’ll walk past homeless folks. Overall would recommend.

We spent a long weekend in Lauderdale by the Sea in William’s place, La Mer. William was always quick to respond, friendly, and informative. We had no issues during our stay but felt like he would have resolved anything we brought to his attention. The location is wonderful! It’s peaceful within the gate but close to everything LBTS offers. The beach is a quick walk and William provides everything you need. Our unit was nicely updated and had a super comfortable mattress. Check in and out are a breeze and William gave us very clear instructions which was great since our plane was late and we arrived close to midnight. Thank you for having us; we hope to be back soon!!

The stay with Luciana was quiet and pleasant. The clear instructions. We loved the room that had all the amenities. The location is great. We'll be back!

This little gem was super quiet and peaceful. We loved the pool area, the laundry room, the friendly cat Bluebell, the close proximity to Whole Foods Market, the Water Taxi, the Cruise Terminal, and the airport. GarorMom and Patti the Housekeeping lady were amazing and accommodating and very quick to attend to our needs. We met some very nice guests as well!! 💖

I only had one simple question once I moved in, and immediately Mike got right back to clarify !! He was very efficient and timely to keep in touch with me. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Love the stay! The place was impeccable clean, well knitted together, just minutes from the beach and broad walk. The large smart tv, free wifi, and available parking spots (add on option) in front of the property make this place great. Jeff and Carmen were wonderful. Jeff was responsive: before the stay, during the stay, and after the stay. I accidentally pocket dialed his number one time and he called back to check if everything is ok. They were accommodating, asking if I need anything during the stay. Jeff also offered a later check out if I needed to. Thank you for a nice stay in Hollywood beach! :-)
