Motorhome holiday rentals in Gold Country

My boyfriend and I stayed in the teardrop for two nights whilst visiting Yosemite. The trailer was lovely and in a beautiful setting with all the bits and pieces you might need for a stay. Drive to Yosemite valley was about an hour and a half, but so worth it from this location. Very clean and communication fantastic. Just wish we could have stayed longer and spent more time in mariposa! Thanks guys!

Cabin was exactly what we wanted. It was cozy and quiet. Bathrooms were a short walk. Fire pit right outside. We were surprised they had gas and charcoal grills for us to use. The extra hot 🔥 showers were a blessing after long days in the park and driving. We will definitely stay again.

We had an exceptional stay and Mac was a wonderful host. It felt like a traditional campground as a first time RV driver on a trip with my daughter. He was extremely helpful in terms of recommendations locally and also how to access water and electricity for a first time RV camper. The site itself would also be great for groups to enjoy a camping retreat. There are also cabins on site if tent campers feel like they made a mistake and are too vulnerable to the elements! We had snow and sleet, which is why I mentioned bathrooms were clean And just a wonderful experience led by a local who is friendly, knowledgeable and gives great tips on local sites and things to do around Yosemite and elsewhere like white water rafting or hikes.

Beautiful area! And the cabin was amazing, cute little tiny home! Heater worked great for the cold nights. And host was very nice and communicative, gave advice on walks to do and such.

I stayed at Eddie's place for 2 months and had a great experience. Eddie is very responsive and helpful. I had never lived in an RV before but he explained everything to me and would address any concerns immediately. I'll miss that RV and would stay again, thanks Eddie!

Wonderful value for the price. Carl and Jennifer’s RV unit was exactly as described in the listing, and was clean. It was cozy and the directions & check in instructions were quite helpful. That it was a pet friendly unit worked out really well for us. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had almost instant hot water. The location was quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located by drive to nice restaurants nearby. If you are a star gazer, you can ask them to turn off the yard lights and enjoy the celestial show at night 😊 Nice for a couple or a couple plus a dog.

We absolutely loved our stay! The area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved having a bbq and sitting out watching the sunset keeping warm by the fire pit. The bed was so comfortable and the whole place was decorated with style. The only thing I will say is that on the listing it didn’t have a hair dryer as an amenity, but I was delighted to find that there was one in the bathroom drawer! Would definitely recommend if you are after a remote location stay an hour and 40 minutes from Yosemite Valley.

Eddie And Sandy went above and beyond the normality of hospitality. As a traveling physical therapist assistant i was looking for a place to stay and really needed a place. They waited up for as I drove from southern California to Northern California, just to make sure I had everything I needed. They were always attentive and always helpful. Definitely a place to stay. The only reason I didn't stay was because it's too far away from my place of work.

This was our second time to stay in the campground. The trailer was adequate for two and the bed was very comfortable. The bathhouse is close by with excellent showers so we used that. The kitchen is functional if you want to cook very simple meals. Bring ready-made things, your own knives, foil and leftover containers. Fridge holds a lot of food. The staff was super helpful.

Perfect spot for a little getaway! The RV was very spacious and had everything you could need including in the kitchen. Grill was ready to use, jacuzzi was amazing. Animals were too cute!! 10/10 would definitely recommend

We had an amazing experience with our stay, from start to finish. While we did go on a weekend that had turned out to have wet weather the majority of the time, we loved every minute of our stay. The hosts made us feel right at home and left us a welcome basket for us AND our dog to enjoy. The homemade sourdough bread was amazing! Leslie is very quick with responses and very clear with all instructions. We will definitely be visiting again, when the weather is more cooperative.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Nancy. The trailer was cozy and private, tucked away in a beautiful private garden, and felt very safe and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable…wow!… and we had a wonderful nights sleep. Nancy responded promptly to all my texts, met us at arrival, walked us back to the RV, and showed us the ropes. We were traveling through so only stayed for one night and accidentally left a laptop behind when we took off. She’s been absolutely fabulous in working with us to get it back. I can’t tell you what a pleasure she is to work with. We highly recommend staying with her!

We had a not good start due to Tioga Pass being closed at 6pm when we’re already in the area so we had to turn around and drive for almost 3 more hours. So be mindful of the road conditions and weather. But then, we were relieved when we arrived at Chase’s camper. We feel right at home. The camper is decent and clean. Chase was very accommodating with all our needs. We definitely enjoyed staying at the camper and we’ll definitely be back. It was all worth the extra hours of drive! Thank you again Chase!

A very special stay. My daughter and I came to tour UC Davis and the town. We loved the vintage camper with its comfy beds, fresh air and beautiful lush surroundings. Feeling of freedom and tranquility. Outdoor shower was hot and wonderful. Hot tub was large and toasty and a treat at night. Very close to town and campus. Wr enjoyed riding the bikes that were available. A memorable stay. Thanks Florie.

The campervan was even better than the pictures! Set in the magical Tahoe National Forest, we especially loved the welcome from the three friendly dogs and a cat on the property :) The well-equipped kitchen, variety of coffee, cozy firepit, and the hot tub under the stars made the stay unforgettable. Michelle, the host, was wonderful and welcoming—highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay and the host was very accommodating with a later check-in. I recommend staying at this location.

Tricia’s place is so well put together. You will not be disappointed with your decision. We appreciate how clean the entire place was including the bathroom. The view was amazing!!!

After a 19-hour straight drive there, I arrived late at night. The barn was lit up with a string of outdoor lights...it was so welcoming. The loft was adorable, clean, and so tastefully decorated. The shower was amazing and so clever. Everything I needed was there. Between the darling Bassetts and guard dogs, the beyond cute goats and cows, the beautiful horses, and the breath-taking beauty everywhere, I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Pam checked in with me to make sure I arrived safely and was there to answer any questions...so nice! I am planning on taking another class up there and will most definitely stay here again!

It truly was a magical place to stay. It felt like our own little slice of farm life and the views of the pond and waterfowl were spectacular. If you are need of some time away from the hustle and bustle but don’t want to travel for away from the Sacramento area this is a perfect option for a staycation.
