Holiday rentals with beach access in Golden Beach

Loved the place. All amenities were present and the room and washroom was very clean. Subrat is a great host who made our stay very good and peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is excellent—easily accessible by car and just a short distance from the beach. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The place was spotless, and the property itself felt very new and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Kudos to the hosts!

I had an excellent stay. The place is inside hotel empires on the marine drive road with the beach being exactly opposite the hotel

Host was very friendly , smooth checkin , Bathroom was very clean. Bedsheets were new , Tv had all ott apps . The property is very beautiful and close to the beach. This part of beach has less crowd and feels very peaceful. There is shower at the parking to get cleaned up after coming back from the beach. The kitchen had all the basic utensils . We cooked once at night and enjoyed it . Highly recommend.

Prishita is a great host 😄 Property was right across beach and had all the facilities listed in the description. It had an amazing view of sunrise over shore from the balcony. Pool and garden inside the property were also well maintained. Beach was almost empty and felt a private beach Overall a amazing place experience

The apartment was super clean ,close to beach, I felt like I am at home . Swagata and her husband even came over to provide us blankets and they both were very friendly and nice people . Would book it again next time I am in puri

It was a great experience. The place is very comfortable and photogenic and for a get together is best and the cook also very friendly and food taste is also very homely. It’s the most recommended place to visit near to beach and good restaurant for nearby also. I loved the place .

Great Place. Great location and everything. It's a little far from the Jagannath Mandir, but it's quite close to the beach. Kichten was well equipped. We were short of a quilt for the second sofa bed, but the host kindly arranged for that within a day.

Here are a few differences I noticed compared to the description: - The listing mentioned self-check-in with building staff, but the actual check-in was handled by hotel staff with proper documentation and form submission. - The hotel images show a sofa with chairs, but these are not part of the amenities. The available amenities are correctly listed in the description. - I had requested an early check-in, which was confirmed by the host and reflected in the Airbnb app as accepted. However, the actual check-in happened around 11:30 AM. - There is no kitchen, only a kettle with a water bottle and a tea/coffee maker provided. Apart from these points, all the listed amenities were neat, clean, and aligned with a 3-star hotel standard. Everything was in excellent condition, and the room was tidy and very clean. While the host was not very responsive in chat, they did call when necessary.

Mr. Akshya is a amazing host.He treated us and shared all information just like a family unit. Was always available to guide and help on a single call. This stay was one of my best experience.

Good place and a luxurious room. Enough for 4 people maximum. Clean rooms and good location however internet connectivity is an issue as there is no WiFi and mobile network is weak.

the place is away from all the buzz. swargodwar beach is far and cannot be accesssed without transportation. nearest beach is 15-29 mins walking distance. It is to be noted that travel to and from the location till the beach is a bit expensive as totos do not charge less than 100rs. However, there is a government bus service route 52 which passes from the location and is cheaper. the apartment was very nice and spacious. it was a pleasent stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready for another adventure. What truly made our stay special, though, was the hospitality of the owner, Kalyan. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His warmth and attention to detail made us feel like we were staying with a friend, rather than just renting a flat. The flat’s location is also fantastic it’s in a peaceful area, offering a quiet atmosphere, yet still close to all the major attractions in Puri. We loved the convenience of being able to explore the city and then return to such a comfortable and relaxing space.
