Just 10 minutes from Topock 66 launch ramp and only 15 minutes away from Pirate’s Cove. A gorgeous 30 minute drive leads you into Lake Havasu where you can enjoy fine dining and local pubs. There are also tons of off-road trails starting right outside the home that lead to Havasu and Kingman! Games, fire pit, trampoline, large patio table, and big yard!

This beautiful studio for 2 is easy on the eyes & perfect for a get-away any time of the year! Come stay for a weekend or awhile. We still frequent our little town to visit friends & family. There are two dogs on the property and the room is used by family members and friends with allergies between guests. * Long term snowbird reservations beginning October.

Needles is slow paced with access to the mighty Colorado River rarely crowded. There’s lots of sandy beaches and sunshine! Ride bikes around this historic town and check out the sights on Route 66 as well as The El Garces train depot just a few blocks away. Our home has extra street parking if you have a boat in tow. Cheerful 2 bedroom home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful river home! Two bedroom with two full baths. This is my personal river home, this isn’t your normal Topock Rental. The furniture and bedroom set take comfort to the next level. Outside shower to rinse off after a day on the water. Local favorites Silver Dollar Bar & Grill, and Blondies Route 66 right around the corner. Topock 66 restaurant and Launch ramp/pool less then 10 min away.
