William's condo was clean and close to everything. It was exactly what we needed. The beautiful Fred Fletcher park is a quick walk, and just past that is the active Glenwood bar scene. The condo itself was perfect for four people, and the king-sized beds were comfortable. We didn't need the extra parking, but having that available to guests is wonderful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Matt & Dawn's house was wonderful and they communicated great! House was very easy to check into, clean, and had everything we needed. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

This property is exactly as described. Just as previous reviews noted, the neighborhood is very quiet. Myself and my parents took a nice walk in the neighborhood and only met one car. Very close to interstate access which allowed us to shuttle easily between baseball locations in Raleigh and in Smithfield. We cooked both dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. Thank you for making this property available!

Natalie was the perfect host from the beginning to the end. She responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. The location was in a quiet and rural area, but close and convenient to shopping and dining facilities. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with all needed amenities provided. The game room and large back yard were bonuses for when the grandchildren visited. We highly recommend Natalie’s place and look forward to returning! Absolute great guest house and extremely kind host!

We had a great time staying at the Cabin, really enjoyed our stay. The place is very well taken care of , and was very clean when we got there. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Clayton area. Thank you Johnny for offering such a great place, hope to visit again!

Great place to stay if your viciting. plenty of space and great parking. Close by a lake and great for walking.
