Breezy secluded beautiful apt. with a large deck with WIDE ocean view 50 m (yards) from the beach: nothing but palm trees in between. No need to leave your porch at sunset. Unique to this part of the beach are daily breezes, and the apartment has giant screened windows. The waves are gentle: perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. Within 100 yards is Sol y Mar, where managers can assist with travel advice, and they are open year-round for food, drink and opportunity to socialize if you please.

Set by the river Rio Claro its a 1min barefoot walk to the beach, 2-5 mins to all shops and restaurants. Enjoy privacy + stunning mature gardens, from the hammock or sofas! Four bedroom house on the most beautiful beach in the world. Not kidding... our beach out front is private and one of the most beautiful spots in the entire area. Upstairs is open air... high ceilings, wood floors. Four bedrooms downstairs with two bathrooms connecting between two rooms. Our house is simple and the most pure Pura vida experience you can have. Sleep to the sounds of the waves and wake to monkeys and Macaws out your window. Loads of fruit trees on the property to enjoy as well.

BRAND NEW BEACHFRONT HOME ON THE BEACH IN THE JUNGLE. Monkeys, Scarlet macaws, toucans, sloths & other amazing wildlife on the grounds. Whales & dolphins pass in front. One of the most private beaches in the area, but rocky at high tide. Freshwater streams, surf, jungle hikes, yoga, restaurants, and great locals' bar, mostly in walking distance. Beautifully crafted two bedroom home immersed in nature and located in the charming village of Punta Banco. Punta Banco may just be the most beautiful beach in all of Costa Rica, which is saying a lot. It is a surf paradise, with easy access to one of the best left point breaks in the world (10 minute drive to Pavones), an abundance of uncrowded local reef and beach breaks, rich diversity of flora and fauna, tide pools, multiple water falls and endless miles of untouched beaches.

Ocean front home. We have a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms when renting the house and 2 cabins. Each bedroom has A/C. We have an indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. Sleeps 8. The house sleeps 4 and each cabin sleeps 2 people. Air conditioning in each bedroom. Playa Zancudo is a 6 mile stretch with one dirt road in and one dirt road out. There are restaurants, bars and a grocery store within walking distance. The best fishing ever. We can book any activity you want to do.
