Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Golfo Dulce

Absolutely spectacular in every way! The suite was light and airy, incredible views, stunning architecture. Peaceful surroundings. Joe and Susannah are real gems and we truly loved getting to know them (and the dogs and cat). The food was exceptional. Lots to do in Drake Bay: we barely scratched the surface after being there for 4 nights. We would absolutely stay there again.

Outstanding stay in every possible way. Sue and Joe have created an oasis in the jungle. The lodging itself is beautiful and matched the photos but what sets Southern Drakes Lodge apart is the service. We are a family of 5 and never have we felt so taken care of in all our travels. From the moment we booked to when it was time to depart, Sue and Joe took care of every detail from taxis, laundry, tours (thank you Elsa!), amazing meals (Thai and Ellie prepared breakfast and dinner that were as beautiful as they were delicious). Five days was not enough but we all left with a sense of gratitude that we were able to experience the OSA peninsula and stay in such a special place with amazing hosts.

Nao and her family were simply amazing. We only wished we stayed longer! The house is near beach and the town.

Perfect place for surfers, excellent condos, everything you need and you can watch the beauty of Pavones breaking while having your morning coffee. Would stay again 100%

We had an amazing stay at Jenn's place in Playa Carbonera, Matapalo. The property is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Jenn and her family are incredible, warm, kind, and truly welcoming. One of the highlights was surfing right in front of the property at Playa Carbonera. The waves are super fun and accessible, and the view is just breathtaking. I highly recommend waking up early to catch the sunrise, it's on another level. This was such a special experience for us, and we’re 100% coming back!

We enjoyed staying at this house. Slept comfortably in the bedroom because of the mini-split air conditioner. Kitchen is well appointed. Checkout was perfectly simple. Super polite host. Would stay again.

Incredible house- amazing for a family or group of friends bc so much space and beautiful rooms with wonderful open big kitchen into patio space surrounded by vibrant nature with animals passing through - the house location is amazing because you walk out with hiking trail as your backyard that guide you to numerous beaches - loved the hammocks upstairs and sitting spaces - beds were comfortable and clean - no AC so I will say it was a little hot but there were fans by the bes for nigh-there is the housekeeper nearby who was ready quick for check in and also there for anything else-will definitely be coming back to matapalo and staying again. Be sure to bring food because the closest market for things is about 40 minutes away

We loved the epic sunset views from the jungle, the sounds of toucans, macaws and howler monkeys all around and the simple, cabin like feel of this place. Beautiful mountain roads for walking in the morning. Thoughtful hosts. Loved the area and had some wonderful experiences! We will be back.

Maria’s beach house had a fabulous vibe, steps from the water, animal viewing from the deck and comfortable. Maria was a fabulous host, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and responsive. She had great recommendations which helped make our stay even better. The house is old and has a very authentic feel. A few small additions and upgrades would make it phenomenal. Our group enjoyed our stay here!!
