Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Beautiful small but well furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the Gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area close to the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. 100 meters from the beach and the square of Baja Sardinia, beautiful and elegant apartment consisting of Sardinian wax bathroom, double bedroom, large kitchen, sofa bed and garden with pergola overlooking the sea. In front of the entrance door there is a pool with outdoor shower. The beach and all amenities are 100 meters from the house, so everything is within walking distance. The house has air conditioning, oven, crib, washing machine, wifi dishwasher and parking space

STREET PARKING,FREE BUT NOT PRIVATE It is a studio with a separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside in the property courtyard with a easement of passing outside there It's the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I have renovated without having its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction fires, smart TV in the living room and the Wifi connection. I tried to make the environment comfortable and comfortable.
